I really happy with how things have gone this week, started of slowly, doing each exercise for 5 min at most, but by theend of the week, took the main exercise to 15 min, most of my exercise done inthe morning to allow rest before using the Jes Extender
Late afternoon/evening, time to put on the Jes Extender, first 2 days kept itto, 2 hr max, and by the end of the week, increased to 3 hr at max
Had already been taking supplements, like Vit-B Complex, Co-Enzyme Q10, Zinc, VitC, Multi Vit. At the start of my exercise, I have addedL-Arginine, with small dosages at first, day 1 500 mg, and by day 6 had increasedthis to 1500 mg,
For this to be affective, I would have to take 6 grams, on an empty stomach,and before I go to bed, I think I will increase the dosage night by night, soprobably start with 1 gram, and increase every third night by 500 mg, so ifthere any side effect, they be gradual
As for other supplement going to look at get other supplements, and see whatworks best, one supplement I have used, was Asda own "Folic Acid" nowthese tablets seem to increase my ejaculation fluid, and came out a bluishwhite colour, and it seem to also increase the volume, now this is something Iwill have to double check
The next seven days, have added more exercises to my routine, so going to add,Horse Squeeze, Uli, Erect Squeeze, and to finish of the night, a wee bit ofedging, tried it last night, and it was very pleasurable
