  • Ballooning for Premature Ejaculation

    If you pick up any book on lasting longer in the bedroom, chances are it will have a section on edging/ballooning to stop premature ejaculation.

    The reason is this: Both ballooning and edging involves masturbating to the point right before you ejaculate, stopping, and then restarting. When you do this several times in a row, your body is training itself to last longer.

    Edging has always given the best immediate results. After I edge for an hour or two, I reach my absolute maximums in length and girth, which always amaze me.

        He, he, he. True, true. Except when I started P.E., I couldn't get it up to fuck up the curve. Ah, yes. It's all in the eyes of the beholder, isn't it? Kind of like beauty. And to think that at one time, I truly believed I was below average, dysmorphic that I was.

          Sometimes im still dysmorphic, Fortunately I have long fingers and I can still span 8" with my naughty finger and thumb stretched to the max how beit. Saves the hassle of using a ruler all the time which reminds me where did I put that ruler? Have any of you blokes seen my ruler?

              I finish up my routine with about 15 minutes of Ballooning to help with blood flow and to get that little extra out of my routine. I have noticed better control over my orgasms and contribute that to Ballooning and Kegels. It amazes me how all this is connected to the overall health of you unit, if your lacking in one area it's probably because your over doing one exercise and not enough of another one. Too many Kegels can bring about lower EQ and premature ejaculation. It's more about quality than quantity most of the time.

              KP I haven't seen my ruler in two months, I don't think I need it anymore though.

                    Evening Gents. Apologies first post. Incredibe site by the way been reading it inside and out for the past few days. Going411by7 - you are my hero. Are you really 70.
                    Anyway my probem (besides my average sized member - just touching 6 x 4.5 on a good day) is staying power when having sex. If masturbating I could have a good 2hr session, Ive been edging without even knowing there was a term for it. Once I get inside her good self though its a over way too soon for my liking, it just feels too good and i cant control myself. I know its prob psychological but its damn frustrating. Ive never trained my knob properly before - jelqed sporadically, might do it for a couple of weeks then give up and go back to it a couple of months later. Will do it religiously now ive found this site. Are Kegels the best way of controlling prem ejac? Is there a specific programme i could follow to try get full control of my ejac

                      Hey guys, I just wanted to share my ballooning experience today.

                      I started ballooning about 2 weeks back and was doing good, but today I did one 40 minutes session and about 4 hours later I did another session. The second session lasted about 30 minutes because i made the mistake of putting a video with a hot girl doing yoga and my mind went totally off concentration and i busted. Now is that a bad idea or or a good one? Wouldn't that teach me to be more aware of the situation to gain control or should I just balloon with no video? It felt good, but also feels like I made no progress today. Did I get any benefit from the first session since I only busted on the second session? Is there a proper video on ballooning anywhere?
