Is this in any way dangerous, can cause hernia?
The rk is cause when the pf is relaxed and the diaphram pushes on it stretching it .. You likely do one each time you piss.

Personally, have not found K or RK to be of any benefit. Instead, a neutral PF is what I have used to prevent Pre-E. Discovered through intense Edging with training based on pushing the PONR to the point where you have to starve off the PONR. Trial and error has been my savior.

After some days of RK I was masturbating, until cum came then I relaxed my pelvic floor, cum came but less fluid my dick stayed up but my desire to cum increased.

I have never tried to do this RK, and I'm not sure I'm doing it right. I don't understand how its stretching, and not contracting?

As I relax and do the push thing. it feels like there is some contracting going on.

If I understand, this is not the correct way to do it, and you should not do this so hard?

Front Reverse Kegels is when the balls or dick or the penis balloon up or forward? When inhaling and using my stomach or diaphragm, i am pushing down above my dick, and my balls grow larger for a second or two. I am doing the Wim Hof breathing method, and i think i got it from the first few attempts targeting the BC muscle, the base of my dick.
Back reverse kegels is when peeing the urine flows faster and my anus is pushing downwards. Is this it ?
    Am i doing right ?
Oh, and my head(on the dick ) became kinda red-ish on top of it.

Thanks, I'm getting a hang of these RKs now and doing some kegels to keep things balanced. However, when doing RKs and kegels during edging I'm struggling. I can lower my erection, but I don't lower my arousal enough so I'm left with a sensitive flaccid penis. I'm not sure if over time the penis becomes more desensitised as it becomes used to a different way of edging rather than a way to cum or I'm not moving the arousal enough when edging? Any thoughts most welcome. Thanks!

When you pee, it is rk the whole time. Try to learn rk in positions that are easier like hindi squat or wide legs against the wall. The breathing Makes it natural and it is great if you can rk on most inhale and feel it in your perineum.

    Hi all,

I’ve been through this thread and I can’t understand how if when doing a RK I’m still suppose to hold it while breathing out? I can do RK when breathing in, but when I breathe out feels impossible to hold. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Balls is front RK, fart is back RK. Both can engage the other though.
Now instead of blowing up small balloons in the area you explain, blow up 1 huge balloon in the whole PF area into all directions.
Or if you want to to do front or back RK, it`s 2 big balloons.

If you just blow up small balloons the other muscles around, tight, while keep these balloons from expanding more.
It`s not easy at first. takes some time to open up the whole PF into all directions.

When you breathe through your stomach, and the area under my balls expands like a balloon is that a front RK or a back RK? I feel an expansion when i breathe through my stomach, and also when I want to fart, i can push out with some force. I also can PEE faster with more force coming out, does that count as an front RK? Now how does this translate to sex is the biggest problem for me. I can't beat the IK's during sex, it'll feel like my PF is so tight, any sudden moves causes IK's and PONR. The best times I've had sex, you can an instant feeling from the beginning of knowing your pelvic floor is relaxed, you can take and handle the girl with ease. I miss having this feeling. I am starting a new routine that I will log, but one of my biggest focus is to balance my pelvic floor. I want to have a strong, loose pelvic floor that I can handle high stimulation, high arousal, without having mini dick jumps or the urge to cum knocking on the window. Also, when I #2 in the bathroom, i have Crazy IK's that are basically my pelvic floor spazzing, doing mini dick jumps, getting really tight, but I can battle it with a front RK i believe, but the urge to kegal is so strong, it defeats the RK. After 5-10 minutes, my pelvic floor will just relax but I know this isn't normal. I feel like this shows how tight my pelvic floor can be. How have you balanced your pelvic floor? Anyone care to give a routine that balances the pelvic floor?

It is subtle starting out and it will get more control after some time. There`s a mind body connection that takes time to active to get aware.

Hey guys. Have been doing reverse kegals for probably a few weeks now. I can do a back reverse kegal really well when relaxed but still can’t seem to get the front one. How much will I actually feel the front reverse k, is it such a subtle movement that it would be easy to miss or something I would definitely realise when I have done it?

Front reverse kegel is the push to make urine stream more forceful.
Front kegel is contraction of BC muscle, the "dick bounce", or stopping of urination mid stream.
