    • I don't get IKs and I don't feel any tension in my pelvic floor when performing the recommended yoga poses. But I DO have a serious pre-E problem, which I've had for my whole adult life. Do I need to incorporate kegel exercises into my pre-E routine?

Pelvic floor is only one causAL FACTOR IN PRE E . Do you have a progess thread?

Not currently, no. I had one on paper for a while, then I destroyed it after I hit another setback and my confidence collapsed.

I know that my main causal factors are the psychological factors regarding sex and neural pathways formed through bad masturbation habits. If there's a dorsal nerve issue there then we'll never know until I'm dead and my penis is autopsied, so that's academic. I just see a lot of people giving pelvic floor exercises as standard advice for treating pre-E, even when the subject doesn't mention anything about IKs or pelvic floor tension. I wondered if I was special for not experiencing pelvic floor issues (to the best of my knowledge).

          • Certainly pelvic floor tension is very common in guys living a normal western lifestyle . Pre e is one symptom so are a range of other things like lack of lower body flexibility ,toilet isssues etc.

I reach PONR without doing kegels, and I don't need a lot of friction. Does this have something to do with PF balance? I also don't get IK's when PONR approaches, in which I used to before all of this. Instead I get the IK's during ejac, after the juices have already entered the cannon.

It's strange because before, ejac was the only really feel good pleasure that I experienced, unless I kegel'd during stimulation. Now it's the complete opposite, stimulation feels good the whole time, orgasmic, and I don't need to kegel at all. If I want to reach PONR, all I have to do is mentally let go.

This is too darn foreign for me, to be honest.
My dude, what does/did your routine look like? I'd love to figure out how I can keep an erection without kegels.

                • Can't believe I'm only seeing this post now!

Been suffering from Pre-E for a while (off and on).
I usually last 10 mins (give or take) during sex (with a lot of foreplay which really excites me and I feel like I'm going to pop then and there!).
I definitely have a lot of pelvic floor tension and I only recently started experimenting with RKs.
                  You earn your own success!

                  My beginner stats:
                  6" BPEL
                  5 1/8" EG

                  Current stats:

                  7 1/8 " BPEL
                  5 6/8" MEG

                    • Pretty sure I have an overly tight PF after so many years of heavy deadlifts. The only thing is that rks make me lose my erection - is this normal?

Alright, so I've been going pretty ham over the past month in terms of Yoga and mobility. I spend around 6 hours a week on mobility and can now do the hindi squat without support. I've also fixed my hip-drop by strengthening my hip-flexors (stretching along didn't work) and am about half-way to being able to do side-splits (holy shit!).

I've been doing ALL of the stretches advised AND more. I've also added the abduptor and adductor machines to my workouts to strengthen the muscles, which I do slowly with the machine's maximum range of motion.

Huge changes, although I've experienced possibly no improvement with the varicocele.

So how did the reverse kegels go.

                            • I have had PE most of my life, trying lots of stretching and RK. I never really had any luck lowering my tension level with RKs as many people on this forum have mentioned. Lately I have been paying more attention to my PF, and I notice that I several PF states(with tension level):

1.Tense PF with erection (almost instantly get IKs once I get an erection) - 8/10 tension
2.Sitting/laying on back (most of the time) - 6/10 tension
                              3.Standing - 4/10 tension
4.After ejaculation erection (no IKs) - 2/10 tension
                              5.After ejaculation - 1/10 tension

Most of the time I can last like a minute or two when I am in PF state #1, but when I have PF#4 I can last upwards of 10 minutes. It is fun to last 10minutes in sex, but having to ejaculate one time in order to last longer the second time isn't really any fun.

Now my question is what does ejaculation do to the PF? Ideally I want to a relaxed PF like #4 to fix my major PE issue when I first get an erection, but I have honestly never gotten that state for probably 15 years.

                              • @duplextube: Ejaculation releases inhibitory/relaxation hormones like prolactin and endorphins that cause relaxation.
Similarly working out the muscles releases endorphins that cause relaxation. That is how yogi's achieve that level of relaxation by practicing yoga daily.
