Something is weird in my case:
Its week Pelvic floor compatible with tension or IK? I'm doing a RK only routine (started yesterday) since I feel tension, I unconsciously clench my anus, I have involuntary kegels... (all of them symptoms of a strong pelvic floor) but, I'm having too some incontinence (week pelvic floor symptom).
Its this normal?

So thanks! Do you have any idea how long it takes to see some actual results ? And how come my PC/BC is more flexed when i stand instead of sitting
