    Something is weird in my case:

    Its week Pelvic floor compatible with tension or IK? I'm doing a RK only routine (started yesterday) since I feel tension, I unconsciously clench my anus, I have involuntary kegels... (all of them symptoms of a strong pelvic floor) but, I'm having too some incontinence (week pelvic floor symptom).

    Its this normal?

      Hi guys,

      I'm also starting to balance my pelvic floor and i know the difference between front and back reverse kegels. But my question is; if you want to balance your pelvic flloor which one is more important, the front reverse kegel or the back reverse kegel ? I feel like as if my back reverse kegel is much stronger and was wondering if that will make an impact.

        In other words, how can i find out if my front kegel or back kegel is outof balance ?

          You can have a weal kegel that spasms.
          The norrmal thing is to do a combinded reverse kegel.

              Didn't even think about that.. So thanks! Do you have any idea how long it takes to see some actual results ? And how come my PC/BC is more flexed when i stand instead of sitting

                My r cuff area spasms, it seems to be an area I hold tension . As in other areas of the body a number of things can cause tension and spasm.
                An often overlooked one is mineral lack , I find magnesium helps me re cramps.
                The pelvic floor has a role in body support ,that is activated especially with exercises like squats.

                  Hi I am new and still having a little trouble identifying the exercises. I know I have an unbalanced pelvic floor because I was reading how to identify it and I have a few problems that are listed under unbalanced pelvic floor. To be specific to get the most help out of you guys some of the problems are, uncontrollable involuntary kegels and spasms, trouble deficating and urinating, and sometimes a semi-hard flaccid. I always read about kegels and reverse kegels and if I'm correct a kegel is when you feel a pull sensation on your penis and a reversr kegel is when you feel a push feeling. If I am wrong please tell me as I do want a healthy pelvic floor. What I am confused on a lot is a back reverse kegel, front reverse kegel, front kegel and back kegel. Can someone please identify these for me and give me some tips on how i can balance my pc muscle. Thanks (:
                  I do 50 squeezes of 5 seconds of kegels and I try the reverse kegels but I am not sure I am doing them right I feel it where my penis connects with my body and sometimes all the way down to my head. Is this ok or should I stop this routine?

                    So the secret to increasing the stamina is to make the floor muscles stronger and balance them out? After like 6 or 7 endges I get all soft and sloppy and ooze precum... :/ She claims to have orgasms <_<

                      • Yes I received your exercise suggestion but i'm wondering how the muscle works now/. I'm aware it must be stretched to avoid pre-e, but even so, after RK;'s after enough edging it gets laz and plops down. Is muscle strength the problem? My intent is to increase either the intervals between the PONR or how many times I can reach it without losing EQ.

                        • Hey, I was wondering a little bit about the involuntary kegels / spasm..

                          When I'm edging /masturbating, I sometimes get some contractions like if I were to do an kegel, and they seem to happend involuntary. It's not like an kegel, but the "muscle" is just doing some weak involuntary contractions sometimes... You know when you kegel right? There are pretty much 2 steps atleast after my obervations. It's the first which is the contraction, and the second which is the actually "push". So I was wondering if this is what is meant with "involuntary kegels/spasms" or if it actually is is an 100% kegel or if you actually get involuntary spasms..

                            The push is merly the release of the pull of the kegel ,it seem your invol kegel spasms are weak enough that you do not feel it in this manner.

                              60% reverse kegels and 40% kegels.

                              I edge for ~ 30minutes. It really depends on when I reach PONR the first time, it actually varies from day to day. But it's inbetween 20-40minutes, no shorter than 20 and if I am at 40minutes and still haven't reached PONR I just stop and try the next day.

                              • Just did some edging today. Took 30 minutes to reach first PONR, then 10 sec break then some mins to reach next PONR and so on. Total 40mins after 3 PONRs.

                                Do you think it's good or no? I've been contemplating whether I should reach PONR slower the second and the third time... After 40minutes you've waste quite a bit of a day, so just had to finish up... What is your thoughts?
