Thanks for the advice though question I feel as if I have tension and the biofeedback back machine at my old pelvic floor specialist agrees though I want to strengthen my pelvic floor so clenching during masterbation doesn't have too many negative effects any strengthing exercises that don't require a kegel?

Ok I thought I had reverse kegels down, but I'm still kind of confused. I have read that the feeling should be like the area above your penis should feel like its being inflated with air. I have also read that it should feel like you are pushing your penis out and down. I can push the area out above my penis but not without pushing really hard and flexing my abs. I can push my balls and penis out and down with relative ease, and in different positions. But I cannot do the two simultaneously. Also I really don't know if I have Pre-e because I'm still a virgin but I usually reach my first PONR in about 3 minutes while masturbating ( no porn). I'd like to try and get this up to around the 10 minute mark. I have been doing a reverse kegel (if I'm doing them properly) only routine every other day for the past week and half. I wasn't doing any kind of kegel routine before. When could I start incorporating regular kegels? I eventually want to start Minuteman DO routine but, want to make sure I have my kegels down pat before I start.

I tried the squat and the reverse kegel at the same time and I had the strongest stretch of the PC I've ever felt. It's about 10 minutes later and I still feel a bit raw... hopefully I didn't overstretch it!
This article is mainly for women and pregnancy, but seems to have some good point, particularly concerning overly tight pelvic floors. It doesn't discourage me from kegels, but confirms the need to balance things.Last edited by kazuma; 06-26-2013, 10:50 PM.

Well, the next day after the above post I tried doing normal kegels and found them to be stronger. I was getting diminishing returns with kegels and probably was loosing my balance, so this definitely helped.
Also tried something else two times since, I tried an intense edging in the squat position and felt almost immune to any intensity and could sustain doing things that would normally cause me to blow in mere seconds. It was quite awkward squatting and edging at the same time so I didn't try it for long. But I can imagine repeated practice might train your brain away from the kegel reflex.

Hello everyone. First off let me explain how I landed here. Im from the USA 38yrs old and in good heath. I am in China on business for a month. Well I was searching Google for tight sensation in my pelvic region a few days ago and have been trolling this forum every spare moment since! So much information to take in. Anyway I determined that my pelvic floor is way out of wack so much so that my entire package is in a tightness type stress ball of pain. The only way I can get relief is to kind of exhale, relax and let my package “drop down” if that makes any sense. I had this once before a few years ago and it took months to subside on its own. I think I learned the FRK and that seems to help as I push thru the relaxed state I just talked about using my diaphragm right at my belt line. I hold that for 5 seconds and repeat. My big issue if I don’t concentrate all day long on this I find myself right back to the same tense state just minutes later. I tried hot baths and hot wash cloths too. It seemed to help but I have to work all day and this hurts! i don’t know if there is anything else I should be doing but I really want to start the JP90 after reading so many threads onhere but my body is telling me I should not until this tension is gone. Am I right? I mean the RK seems to be lessening the pressure but a normal kegel used in the stretches I assume would kill me. I think I need a 100% RK routine until this sensation subsides? Oh and the other thing is my EQ is crap now and usually its so tight and rock hard it hurts and sticks straight up (I guess that is a good indicator that im always wound pretty tight and tense and now this is just unbearable) anyway now i have next to no morning wood at all last few days and that is just crazy. Usually it wakes me up like an alarm clock at 6am. Anyway if this is the wrong forum please move it admin or tell me what to do. I really need advise here.

im suffering from PE. i only started having sex about 6 months ago (im 18) and have had issues with PE from the first time. i believe the source may be poor masturbation routine (i virtually every night since about 13), and have been masturbating about 3 times a week to pornography since 16ish. i began searching the depths of the internet for exercises which might help me out about a month ago and discovered the kegel. after performing it for a month, i had sex with my girlfriend again the other night and wouldnt have even lasted 2 seconds (im usually good for anywhere up to 30). i sometimes have difficulty peeing, particularly in public urinals and also struggle to pee harder than it naturally flows, and i am wondering if perhaps my problem is due to an imbalanced pelvic floor. would front reverse kegels be the way to go?
