    Maybe you cause your main pelvic floor muscles to become tired? I mean, every jelq stretch will reflex into a BC/PC contraction. I wonder if a lot of contractions would cause make it less strong, decreasing its intensity continuously...

      Im not sure if my pelvic was weak at that time but I was jelging at 100 reps for about two weeks before we had sex so im not sure.. But after that i would continue to masterbate..Maybe that could of been the cause

        Just tried this out for the first time, well what can I see, hmm, I do feel something there, but it's not strong, nevertheless gonna try this tomorrow.

            tennis balling would be better to massage/relax pelvis floor I would think?
            Goal: To cure PreE. And help others do the same with any advice I have

                    So with a pilates ball this can be achieved as well. Anybody has tried?

                      I like doing this because I feel it relaxing, but I didn't realized such thing has a purpose. Now, I guess I will be doing this more often.

                        I tried this today and only felt it in abs and just below. Pelvic floor is between ass and balls?? Not sure how you felt it their. I am most probably doing it wrong

                          Lifting legs one or two feet up from the ground seems a good exercise as it engages the core muscles of stomach. I think these are the muscles which needs to be worked out.

                            Okay, I tried this one today. I needed to put about 3 medium sized pillows under me in order to really make my penis the highest point of my body, and in order to really feel something in my pelvic region. Though, I have two problems. One is that my lower back REALLY hurts in that position. And the second problem is that you have said in the picture to stretch the legs. But, when I stretch my legs after some time they hurt and I need to leave them relaxed.

                              I've done this with a pillow and a foam roller for 5min. I feel a dull stretch in the pelvic region but I don't feel too sore the next day or anything.

                              Should I do it longer?
                              Starting EQ: 5/10
                              11/4/2015 Avg EQ (sex): 6.5/10

                              12/31/2016 Goal:
                              Avg EQ (sex): 10/10

                                Well, try it!

                                I think that you will feel sore only if the exact muscles affected by this stretch are indeed tense. I really dont know which are those muscles, but if you have those already relaxed and dealt with, maybe thats why you dont feel it.
