    Ok, so I was working out today. I have missed about 3 weeks of working out due to a 10 day fast and an injury. Anyways, in the mean time I have been working on controling my precum by focusing on RK. I have a very tense pelvic floor. Well I am currently doing the workout p90x2 and it is very core based. Well during an excersize that is call pull up crunch, you do a pull up then bring your knees to the bar as if doing a crunch in the air. As I enguaged my core to do the crunch I got this feeling in my pelvic area like I was about to cum. I have had this feeling before when I was younger. I had an orgasim at a young age when climbing a pole. This was that exact same feeling. It now seems that when I do tough excersizes that enguage my core I feel like I could come if I keep pushing. Have I trained my pelvic floor to do a RK when I should be contracting my abs? I feel like I need to keep my pelvic floor relaxed but it just makes the feeling more intense. Do you think it is time to include regular kegals into my routine? What am I doing wrong? I mean I know I am very tense but I don't want to cum when I work out. Any suggestions? I hope this all made sense! Please ask me if I explained things poorly.

    You're not gonna feel like ejaculating from a reverse kegel. it is the opposite of a regular kegel. Regular levels cause ejac, reverse kegels relax the pelvic floor and keep ejac away. I really don't know what is going on with you. That is an issue I am not informed on. Maybe recently you already have overdone regular levels and those are what u are feeling. Give it time.

        JM, sometimes I also have this feeling when doing reverse kegels only, like I'm playing in high aroused state, and if I'll touch or think dirty, I could cum :/
        Don't know why, because I know this is a stretching exercise.

            I feel like I would if I kept doing the exercise, its weird and hard to explain. But I was then too horny to keep working out so I went and took care of it and finished my workout.

            Its almost as if when engaging my core I am forcing myself to ponr. Maybe I feel like I'm relaxing my pelvic floor when I am actually engaging it. I also get this when I'm on my dip bars with my arms locked out and I bring my knees as far up as I can like a crunch and then straighten my legs with my left leg forward and my right leg back, then bring my knees up and alternate which leg goes forward and back. If I did this exercise long enough I could cum.

            I am thinking that maybe over all the years of targeting the wrong muscles and all the involuntary legals all the time I am actually contracting my pelvic floor muscles instead of my ABS. Thus the constant contraction and release of my pelvic floor makes me want to come. Does this make sense?

              Yes that's why I suggest for U to do rev kegels only and stop reg kegels completely. You might have a tight frenulum cuz u are not circumsized. Ask around about that.
