One more quick thing: Did about a 25 minute session today alternating between using the FleshLight and Ballooning. I've noticed that hand stimulation is infinitely easier now that I've started using the FL.
However, I agree with other members including Dobby, that the progress in that thing will take awhile. It's just...different. There's no other way of putting it. When I enter that thing it really doesn't feel too disimilar from all my sexual encounters, perhaps MORE intense because I don't use a condom.
But I believe in the practice harder than the game idea. If your training is super intense, by the time you get in the ring, all of your hard work will come out.
Another note: I came earlier than I wanted on a session today on purpose to see how long my erection would last afterward. With some stimulantion I had at least an 80% erection for about 9 minutes afterward. I wanted to test the waters on that to see how round 2 might fare for me in actual sex. It's funny how arousal almost does a 180 in a second, but I think my training has allowed me to stay hard and horny afterward. I'm not going to DEPEND on Round 2 in actual sex, it's just nice to know that in the future if you "slip up" and cum that you're little-guy won't be out for the count.

**UPDATE: I took a few days off with little training and I feel like consistency is SOO important especially in the beginning. I didn't let it get away from me, I edged today. But, I feel like you let it get away from you for too long (in the beginning) and you'll end up at square 1 pretty easily.
Having said that: I have a question to pose to users of the FleshLight and experts in general...
I am still having trouble lasting in the FleshLight (oftentimes without being that "aroused"). I'll be erect but not aroused which leads me to believe that I have sensitivity issue.
Do you think I should continue hand-edging more aggressively to bring down sensitivity? I know that some users don't believe in the "less sensitivity" argument but prefer the "getting used to the sensations" method. In all honesty, when I used Promescent in the past, I actually enjoyed it more because the sensations were softer and I could enjoy them more. But I am done RELYING on that spray. It's not spontaneous, and I don't want to worry about a girl giving me head and saying "did you put something on your dick?" Now when I get those huge spikes of sensation I don't enjoy them because I associate them with PONR and PreE. So, would taking a JamesMonroe approach when using my hand and then supplementing with the FleshLight be the best bet?

Update: Have been trying to exclusively practice with the FleshLight. I believe that you have to keep going toward what scares you and what is most challenging. With hand-edging I know that I can remain in control, but with the FL I know right off the bat it's going to be challenge. If there's one thing humans have proven its that we are adaptable. I know if I keep going back and back for more with the FL that I'll keep increasing my time.
I did a 17 minute session with the FleshLight tonight. For the first 5 minutes I had to pull out of it and balloon about every 45 seconds (either that or stop and push the FL all the way down and not move). I noticed as I keep proceeding the amount of time it took to start to feel the PONR approach got smaller and smaller. By the end I could effectively pump decently fast for about 2 minutes straight. a GRAND improvement. I'm going to keep using the FL and pulling out and ballooning. It's what worked for me before and I'm actually enjoying my sexual experience more and more...

UPDATE: messed around with girl, didn't have sex, but messed around. She kissed around that area and played with me and I didn't have a problem.
I contribute to mostly using FleshLight for Edging Sessions, being comfortable with the girl, and ballooning (I sometimes balloon with a sock or cloth to decrease bad sensitivity).

I will say it before and I'll say it again EDGING is more important than RKs and Tennis Ball Stretches. I believe it's because a super-sensitive penis is what causes RKs not RKs causing a super-sensitive penis. You have to tackle the issue at the source and mine is underneath the head of my penis by the frenulum. Making that area more "used to" long bouts of stimulation is the key.

I have been away awhile and have not done much of any Edging recently. Work has been swamped me and made me stressed out and I don't feel like masturbating or edging. I recently had my Testosterone checked. 216 for a physically active 27 year old male. Doc says very low. Now I have to work on this issue along with PE.
Anyone else struggle with this?

It's been awhile since I've been on here. I was mostly focusing on professional stuff and getting into great physical shape.
But, as most of us with Prem E know, your issues never just magically go away. And again I find myself back here trying to get back on track.
**UPDATE:
In recent months, I have said "fuck it", and decided to use promescent with various women. I go into the bathroom to put the stuff on and they're all nonethewiser. I have GREAT sex with them and, in all honesty, it feels great for me too. However, this is temporary.
What if I want to move in with a girl? What am I going to do then? I can't keep it a secret forever.
So I'm back to ask for some help from the forum:
I'm doing regular stretches and tennis ball stretches-- alternating days.
I'm starting to Edge again, and build up to edging with a Fleshlight. My penis is too sensitive to edge with Fleshlight the last few times which leads me to believe that most of this is a physical issue. Agreed?
Also, when it comes to Kegeling. I feel like my Kegels are the result of a super-sensitive penis and not the other way around. If my penis is what's causing the kegels, shouldn't I put most of my focus there?
I'm ready to get back on the horse and train hard. But, wanted to hear from you guys and get your support!

Holy Shit...so I've been edging 3 times over the past 5 days. HOLY SHIT is my sensitivity high on the underside (frenulum) of the c*ck. I start with 12 minutes dry with a strong grip with twists at the top, then moved into 7 minutes lubed up. I managed to stop before cumming every time but God it was so hard!
COUPLE OF NOTES: I really do think that my issue has a lot to do with penile sensitivity. Which is why desensitizing sprays have worked wonders for me in the past. In all honesty, as mentioned above, I love having sex while using them. I can actually focus on her body, ask her to do crazy things to me that I enjoy TREMENDOUSLY. But, again, it's not a sustainable practice. I want to be able to do all that stuff without the use of Promescent or the like.
I believe the battle against PremE is a game of consistency. If you're too sensitive you have to build up a mental and physical "thicker skin". The confidence comes with knowing how many hours you've put in. It's a direct correlation.
