    My first week went well. I learned a lot and got a feel for the exercises. I toned it down a lot, originally I thought I could go all-in with JP90, Bathmate, and extender, but after reading here I forced my hand to chill and go slow.
    This week was mostly about getting the routine down, which was more than just figuring out what order to do exercises. I also had to figure out when to fit PE into my schedule, and how to maximize the use of my time. I settled on doing PE in the evening when my boyfriend and I usually watch a movie or tv show. At the same time I can do my breast enhancement (NBE) routine as well.

    After my first session I felt like I was hanging lower, which could've been due to the heat on that day as well.

    By the end of the week I noticed some awesome positive PI's. My hormone therapy (HRT) had the effect of making it difficult to pee while standing up (yes I stand up sometimes at home) because rather than a steady stream like before HRT it was an unpredictable spray. Since starting PE I can pee straight again! I'm guessing it's due to the muscles getting worked down there being able to contract and control things properly again.

    The first weekend I took 2 days off while I was home for 4th of July. It's a 3 hour ride home, and my boyfriend was driving so I laid back and did my routine in the car! It was a big truck so only big tractor-trailers had the possibility of glancing in and seeing something, though the windows were tinted so I doubt any truck drivers' days were made ;D I did the same on the ride home.

    I notice my veins have started to grow a bit, and my EQ has gotten a lot better. I've been able become erect easier too, which was one of the main goals of starting PE. Hurray! All this touching myself has improved my sex drive overall as well, which is great!

    Over the weekend I had a long edging session. Edging is something I've done since before I knew there was a word for it, so I have quite a bit of practice. Previous to this weekend my longest session in 1 day was 8 hours. On Saturday I went 7 hours in the morning, took a break, then did another 4 hours in the evening for a total of 11 hours. At the end I was able to ejaculate a distance of 2', which is probably the furthest I've gotten on HRT. Needless to say I took a break from PE on Sunday. Yes, my dick is fine, no it didn't fall off.

    This week on some days I switched from doing my routine in the evening to doing it in the afternoon after going to the gym, while my boyfriend is at work, so I have the evening free to play Overwatch with friends.

    I've put my supplement routine on a short hold while I figure out a better way to administer them. The shakes weren't sitting well in my stomach, probably more because of acids in the fruit juice rather than the supplements themselves causing issues.

    Breast enhancement routine? Crazy! What kind of exercises do you do for that? I have a question I wanna ask but not sure how so I'm just gonna ask. Do you know how you can reach down and feel the inner you? When inside a male can you feel his inner him? And when he moves his soldier can you actually feel it moving inside? I always wondered that. I hope I didn't offend you not trying to just curious to know..thanks

      Haha! Say I want a bigger penis and nobody cares, but try and enhance my breasts and everyone looses their minds! Jokering aside, I use Noogleberry cups which are like penis pumps for breasts, followed by a massage every day.

      Do you mean during anal? O.o Yeah you can feel a lot in there actually, get a butt toy if you're that curious. I could list a whole bunch of reasons why everyone should try catching at least once in their life, straight guys included :P

        Good job? I believe I called it in another post. With improved eq you are about my starting size of 6.5.

        I can't help to wonder... If doing PE may increase your testosterone. I guess only time will tell. With me I started PE, quit heavy drinking and started working out about the same time. I feel more manly, competive, a little more aggressive and vigorous than before. I really do hope thatyou can have the best of both worlds.

          Yeah, I wish I could get my levels checked more often to find out. I won't get checked for a couple more months, and it's really not very accurate because hormone levels can fluctuate a lot anyway. This week I'm actually getting my testosterone blocker dosage and estrogen raised by 30% because my last test was a bit off target. Hopefully it won't affect my routine and positive progress. I hope PE won't make NBE more difficult, my boobs are important to me

          I'd sell my soul to the devil for the best of both worlds... if I had a soul.

                      Week 3

                      Since I'm measuring every 2 weeks, no measurement was taken this week. All in all it went well, not much else to report. By the end of the week I started using my Bathmate, starting with 5 minutes as my JP90 warm-down. I need to do more reading about techniques used by members here, to me it doesn't feel like enough pressure, or at least like I can handle more. My penis reaches at most the 6" mark. I noticed that going in flaccid and going in once inflated makes a difference to the amount of water displaced, and allows my penis to expand more. My only complaint would be how hard the base presses against the top of my ball sack, causing what I guess would be my ductus deferens to feel achy afterward. I really like the inflated feeling afterward though.

                      My supplement routine is still (mostly) on hold. I'm still taking the l-arginine because it seems to help the most. The rest I'm waiting for an order of gelatin caps to arrive and I'll start capping them up.

                      Over the weekend my hormone dosages were raised. I'm now taking more estrogen and more of my testosterone blocker, because my last blood tests showed higher testosterone. I'm excited about this, as I'm hoping it'll help with breast growth, but also wary that it might negatively impact my EQ. My PE routine has really helped though, so I'm not too worried.

                      My Bathmate routine is getting longer and longer, and I'm thinking soon I'll split it in half, where 10 minutes is done before JP and 10 minutes after. This will replace both my warm-up and warm-down.

                      I've been slacking on my noogling lately, the cups are a bit annoying while I'm trying to do PE, and if one falls off it means I have to pause my routine to pump it back on. I think it's something I'll just have to deal with and get used to.

                      Measurements were good this week, I did them blind to make sure I wasn't cheating and yet I still showed at least 1/8" of growth on BPFSL, BPEL, and EG. I was also a day late this week with my measurements because I hade to shuffle my routine since I was away from home Monday into Tuesday.

                          You say your testosterone was higher. Do you think it may be do to PE or does that just sort of happens sometimes? Like I said in an earlier post before, when I started PE I felt like I was becoming more strong and manly, but I also quit heavy drinking and was exercising too. Then later when I tried L arginine and citrillene along with male libido vitamins I felt like a teenager again some pre mature ejaculation and boners out of the blue all the time. I guess I don't need such things since I'm still virile. But I like taking it anyway.

                          On the bathmate, you are probably at higher pressure than you think. I didn't think I was at high pressure using it until I was able to compare with an air gaged pump. In my opinion, not trying to put down bathmate, I think they can be dangerous for a begginer for that reason. I guess I was using my bathmate at more than 10 hg. 5 hg at most for awhile is a good starting pressure. Of course go by your PI's. If you start getting a bunch of red dots or pain definitely back off as I'm sure you already know. Your progress is very interesting. I believe everyone here can learn much from your log.

                            I don't think so. The last blood work I had done was before I started PE. It just took me a few weeks to get the results, talk to my doctor, raise the dosage, pick up the prescriptions, etc. Unfortunately I didn't get labs done between the time of starting PE and my dosages being raised, so I won't know how much it affected my testosterone.

                            Interesting, I think I got the technique down a bit better between week 3 and 4. It hasn't been painful, I only have the Hercules not an X series, so I'm not too worried about over pumping. Thanks for the warning though! Wish I had a gauged pump to feel the difference. I think I will attribute most of my EG gains to the pump. I went from no girth gains from week 1 to week 3, then over 1/8" of gains in under 2 weeks.
