    Thank you! Yeah I saw that thread, it's almost a completely different list than the supplements I'm using. I'd like someone to get a little more scientific about it before I add them to my routine as I'm already doing a lot. (Why is Jackxxx banned btw?)

      I didn't know he got banned until today. My guess he broke one of the forum rules. I think he is some kind of porn star. I would like to know more of those supplements especially ant and mushroom powder. I know protein powder have amino acids which is proprieties of semen. I'm sticking with Lecithin, L-arginine, maca, and horny goat weed. I'm also taking Swedish flower pollen which helps with contractions.

        Busy week(s)! I looked at my chart and I couldn't believe today was measuring day already. Holy smokes that went fast!

        It went pretty well though. Week 5 I got back to my noogling routine, but instead now I put on the cups between the JP90 stretches and jelqing. It was mainly the helicopter shakes that were making them fall off, so glad I got that sorted out.

        I finally got my caps for supplements but they're still just sitting around. I tried capping a couple but it took ages and was awful, gotta figure out a better method. However, with just the l-arginine my fluid output has grown a lot! I did a camshow during week 5 and absolutely drenched myself. It was still clear, but I haven't put out that sort of volume since before HRT.

        Week 6 and I'm definitely starting to feel the effects of the added testosterone blocker and estrogen. I feel like my EQ is down again, probably also due to lack of progesterone as well. I was in NYC last weekend with a friend for a concert, I guess I was tired or something, because we did some playing around and I didn't even get a boner Being away meant I missed 2 days of my routine, so I did some reshuffling of my off days.

        Today I got to the peak of my Bathmate routine at 20 minutes. Now I'll just be slowly increasing the intensity. I really think it's helped accelerate my girth gains. Despite my gains for these two weeks for some reason I just feel smaller right now, and it's throwing me off a bit. Oh well, the proof is in the pudding.

          congrats on continuing to make such fast newbie gains. I gained bpfsl fast too. Our penis physiology looks similar don't be surprised if you find yourself over seven inches after six months. Good luck on eq. Edging without orgasm seemed to help me along with cutting down porn. Often if I had eq trouble I'd take it as a bad PI and give myself a brake. Your situation of course is different. I bet it'll be hard to tell if it's the hormones or over training at timeds

            Thank you! It's most certainly having to do with my hormonal situation, especially being off progesterone. That stuff is a real aphrodisiac so when I go off of it I go on a bit of a sexual low. I'll pull through, only a week and a half to go and I'll be on it again.

              Hey again, three weeks in this update, didn't have time to post last week because of moving. Here goes!

              Week 7 went well, up until Friday when my boyfriend had scheduled surgery. I knew I'd have to put off my PE for a while because I'd be busy taking care of him, but I thought I'd be able to get back to it before packing up and moving. In total I missed about a week, and I'm back to it again.

              I measured yesterday, and to my surprise in my downtime my girth shot up another 1/8th of an inch! I'm just over 2 months in and I've already hit my girth goal! I was worried I may have lost some of my gains as well, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I'd maintained my BPEL and BPFSL measurements from 3 weeks ago.

              As for my supplements, I got my hands on a capper and now have a bottle of what I'm calling my "futa pills". Stuffed into 00 caps is 50mg zinc gluconate, 125mg maca root, 220mg l-arginine, 2mg yohimbine, and 250mg pueraria mirifica. I take two of these a day. In addition I take another 1000 l-arginine, as well as my hormone regimen. It's definitely convenient having all of these supplements stuffed into one pill.

              I was talking to a friend today who said he'd tried jelqing at one point but had trouble because it was difficult to avoid being at 100% erect. Thinking back to when I tried jelqing before I started hormones I remember that being a problem for me too. While my EQ may not be as good now because of low testosterone, it definitely helps me maintain that ~60% for PE

              I only have my laptop working right now and I don't have my template for my measurement pics on here so it'll be a few days before I post those. I did take them though.

                Hey Shiri, gotta question...is your flaccid showing signs of expansion from the supplements or is there any contra-indication from the hormones you're taking for "male enhancement" vs. your estrogen therapy? or is it only affecting your erections as far as "gains"?

                  I've noticed that my flaccid hang is a bit lower, yeah. I used to turtle a lot more, now it seems a bit longer, but not a huge change in flaccid girth. I haven't really been measuring flaccid changes though, because it's so subject to change depending on cold/heat/arousal/etc. The supplements have more noticeably increased my fluid output, I'm not sure how/if they're changing my size. The l-arginine has probably helped a little though.

                  I did a fair amount of reading prior to adding these supplements to my regimen. None of them have actually been shown to affect hormone levels, but rather target things like DHT or are just vasodilators of sorts.

                  Does that answer your question(s)?

                    Yes, thanks...but what do you mean by "fluid output"? Do you mean precum and/or semen? Lecithin supplements as well as raw cocao powder have been documented to increase ejaculation ("LOAD"), if that's what you're seeking. It's a supplement, not a drug per se, so readily available OTC in pharmacies and nutrition stores or online, if you want to try it.

                      Yeah, they're mainly for increasing ejaculate. I have a tub of soy lecithin I want to start taking as well, but it's usually taken in higher dosages, like 3-4g and I don't feel like taking that many caps. The other option would be to drink it in a shake or juice or something, so I gotta experiment for taste.

                        Hey again PEGym! For some reason this week it feels like it's been ages rather than no time at all, I guess because I've been so busy with moving and school starting again.

                        Week 10 went great, mostly stayed on schedule after my last report. Even though I was able to do JP90 almost every day I didn't get a chance to do my full 20 mins of Bathmate as well. Being a girl means I already spend a lot of time in the bathroom, I kinda feel bad taking it up all the time with housemates.

                        Week 11 was a little more spotty, only managed to do the full JP90 routine 4 times instead of 5, though I did manage to squeeze the stretches in on the day I missed. Doing just the stretch part is easy because I don't have to create a mess of lube everywhere then spend time cleaning up, but I'm not sure how effective just 20 mins of stretching is without jelqs.

                        Speaking of lube, my PE bud pointed out the EVO article to me. Up until now I've been using Gun Oil, a silicone lubricant, for jelqing, so I'm curious to gather supplies and try it out myself.

                        Supplements are going well, I love the capping system I have now, so much easier! The one problem I ran into is listing all of my supplements at the doctor's office. Still figuring out how to make the soy lecethin more fun to take, just ordered a bag of granules because I hear they're easier to gulp down than the powderized form. I have a shoot at the end of this week though, so I'm doing everything I can to make sure I have a good load stored up

                        As far as measurements go, my only change from last week was BPEL even though I stuck to my routine pretty well. I'm wondering if I'm starting to plateau with my initial growth. I have 3 weeks left in JP90, at which point my extender routine begins, let's see if I gain any more before then.
