    Hey all, thought I'd start a progress log so I have some record my routines, measurements, and challenges all in one place for easy reference.

    I've following JP90 since Jan 6th, 2017. I am completely new to PE.

    My start stats were (as of 01/06/2017):
    Bone Pressed Length, Full Erection: 7 inches
    Bone Pressed Length, Flaccid: 5.25 inches
    Erect Mid Girth: 5.125 inches
    Flaccid Mid Girth: 3.75

    I'm trying (and failing) to not be too measurement obsessed, but here's what I've seen so far:

    01/16/2017 (10 days)
    * Definitely some increase on bone pressed erect length. Today I measured at PONR, super rock hard erection, and I was damn near 7.5 inches on length (+.5 length gain in 10 days... but was a one-time measurement with a super raging boner. My average full-strength erection is measuring about 7.125 or so).

    * Either I was really cold when I originally measured flaccid girth, or there's been a huge improvement there. Now measuring consistently between 4.25 and 4.5 inches (.5" to 1" girth gain on flaccid).

    * I had an initial bump on erect girth, but it's not very consistent. It actually seems to bounce down to 5" or so when I hit max erection (more on this later)

    * No change to flaccid length

    Decided to break up my initial post into some smaller ones for easier reading.

    Additional Progress Goal #1:
    My ability to achieve an erection without videos and without direct real-life sexual stimulation. I think years of excessive porn really damaged me, and it's really difficult for me to get an erection through just touch or touch/imagination. In fact, my routine takes probably twice as long as it should because I spend so much time trying to get 60-70% hard for the jelqs and then 80% hard to start with the edging. I really get frustrated sometimes. And even when having sex, my erection can be really unreliable. I can't often just enjoy sex acts that don't involve direct stimulation and maintain a solid erection. After performing oral, i'll typically need to touch myself to get hard again. I hate it.

    I'm attempting to solve this by not watching any porn or any sexual videos of my wife (I figure even videos of my wife reinforce the same neural pathways). I'd really like to return to my youth, when I could get hard just from imagination, but not sure that's possible for me anymore. I'm 37. Either way, I'll be tracking some progress on it here.

      Additional Progress Goal #2:

      2) I'm currently 181lbs @ 5'9 and my fat pad is ~1". I used to be a lot heavier (236lbs about 9 months ago). I carry a fair amount of muscle from weight lifting, so I think I'll be super lean (with good abs) somewhere around 167lbs. Currently I can see my top 4 abs in overhead lighting, but have some stubborn fat. Trying to drop 10lbs in the next month or so. Will be a really nice bonus if my fat pad reduces. Will really help me take full advantage of my length (Up to 7.5")

        My Freaky BP Flaccid Stretch vs Erect Length:

        I just read the "FOCUS YOUR PE" thread (https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...lained-24.html)

        It talks about figuring out where your limitations are (tunica or smooth muscle) based on comparing stretched flaccid length to erect length.

        Apparently I'm some kind of genetic freak.

        My BPFSL is only about 6.25 - 6.5" -- an inch or more LESS than my max erect length. Although maybe i need to measure it when I'm warmed up and not just in the middle of an average day.

        This indicates a severe tunica limitation according to the theory above. That, coupled with the fact that I can have some SUPER hard erections.. so hard, in fact, that they hurt (in a good way). Sometimes my girth is just as big (or slightly bigger) at lower lengths, which I think also points to tunica limitations.

        So most likely after JP90, I'll switch to a length-focused routine. And may add some additional stretches into JP90 prior to that.

        I think this tunica limitation could make sense why my girth often stalls out before I reach full length and actually can measure smaller sometimes when I feel stretched tighter (rock hard vs mostly hard). If my tunica is getting stretched to the max and pulling my smooth muscle in tighter, that could cause some girth loss I figure.

          If you stay consistent you will get your erections back. This addressing #1. Good job, keep it up.

            Just to be super thorough, I decided to order some blood tests (specifically focusing around testosterone and other ED related chemicals). I had mine tested a couple years ago and it was on the low-end of normal. It's been a VERY stressful year with a lot of change and part of me wonders if low-normal hasn't dipped into low-low.

            Will find out in the next 2-3 days. Just went online and ordered it through a website and get the blood work done here locally.

              I don't intend to post everyday, but today was post-worthy.

              First, it's the completion of my second week of JP90.

              Second, I had no problems getting my erection level for jelq'ing. Didn't even need to use any imagination really. This was very promising.

              No results from the blood work yet. Had the tests done this morning.

              Just now I was just trying to think of reasons why maybe my erections were so much easier today, and I realized... yesterday I did 45 minutes of cardio for the first time in a long time. I lift weights often, but it's been probably 7 months since I did any cardio (besides sex). Only other thing is I've been eating super healthy for about 5 days. Maybe some of that has kicked in too.

                Blood tests came back, everything in "clinical normal" ranges except for I had some ketones in my urine and a very slightly elevated hemocrit. Both likely the result of the strict diet I'm on right now.

                Although not a concern clinically, testosterone was pretty low...

                Total Testosterone: 327 ng/dL (250-1100 ng/dL clinical range)
                Free Testosterone: 51.3 pg/mL (35.0-155.0 pg/mL clinical range)

                This is well below average for my age (37) and basically is about average for an 85-100 year old man based on what I can find online...

                Now I need to decide what I want to do with this information.

                On a semi-related note, I've been having a much easier time lately getting erections using only manual stimulation and light imagination. Which is good.

                  After some research and more thought, I've decided I won't pursue any sort of medical intervention on the Testosterone levels at this point, for a few reasons:

                  * I don't really seem to have any symptoms of low T other than some erection difficulties, which seem to be improving
                  * My research tells me that Testosterone Replacement Therapy can sometimes even have the opposite intended effect (lower libido), and that it's more or less a lifetime kind of commitment
                  * I'm having no problem losing fat while maintaining muscle mass. My strength is really good, my performance in the gym in general is really good
                  * For some reason, I always seem to get my T checked when I'm dieting, and that lowers testosterone

                  So the go forward plan at this time is to:
                  * Check Testosterone again in 6 months after my weight has stabilized
                  * Continue losing body fat, lifting heavy weights, eating healthy food, and other pro-Testosterone activities
                  * Focus on reducing stress and improving sleep quality
                  * Continue with my current plan for improving penis health: PE, *NO PORN*, fewer ejaculations, and using fleshlight instead of my hand once I'm hard

                      Writing some of the latest developments with me so I can keep track of everything that happens to me through the process.

                      On Sunday January 22nd, I started the 5G's supplement plan + Goat weed, except for Gingko. That didn't arrive until today. I'm taking the recommended dose on all supplements. If there's a low/high range, I'm going for the high side.

                      Can't say I've noticed any real difference yet. The first time I took all the supplements, I felt kind of clear-headed and high energy, but whatever that was, I haven't experienced it since. I've noticed a little dizziness recently when moving from a laying position to standing quickly. Could be related to this or could be from the diet.

                      On length I'm very consistently measuring at 7.5" inch now bone pressed. This is definitely an improvement and honestly seems like more than some kind of EQ gain, because I've always had rock hard erections once I really get myself going. I attribute that to years and years of excessive masturbation with edging. Might not have been the best for my brain, but kept my penis pretty healthy.

                      I've changed my warmup routine to use a rice sock I bought. The hot water washcloth was just too much of a pain. I still do all my exercises in the bathroom, though, with hot water in the bath tub to keep the room temperature nice and warm. I don't have a space heater.

                      Today was supposed to be day 5 of week 3 of JP90, but I took a break today. I had some achiness near the slight left bend on my penis and decided it was best to just give it a day to rest. So this week instead of following a 5/2 split, I'll be following a 4/1/1/1 split.

                      The diet is going well. Down to 179lbs now. Lowest in 15 years I'd guess, and I have a lot more muscle mass than I did way back then at the same weight. My face is finally starting to lean out significantly. People are noticing. My sister commented that I'm "getting a rugged jawline" and that she's not used to seeing me that way. I still have fat on my upper abs, but it's not hard to see the 4 pack outline even in normal lighting now. Lower stomach still has a ways to go. I think I can lose another 5 or 6 lbs before the honeymoon, but doubt the lower stomach fat will be gone by then. Could happen though... probably only 1/2 - 1lbs of actual fat there. Depends how my body targets the fat loss over the next 18 days.

                      I've backed off on the obsessive measuring, but still do a poor man's measuring with my hand or fingers. Trying to stop that, but it's hard (pun intended). Really hoping for some lucky girth gains before the honeymoon. Making sure I'm jelq'ing at a higher erection level now.

                        Only other thing worth mentioning: the past week I've been having much better luck getting erected through just imagination and manual stimulation. It still takes a while, but it works. Sometimes it works really well. This is a good thing and a positive sign.

                        I've watched absolutely no porn now for about 3 - 3.5 weeks.

                        I've noticed my fantasies have changed in tone a little. Much more of a domination element to them. Which is fine.. my wife looooooves that stuff. If I had to guess, this is largely due to me not ejaculating nearly as often when I edge. I think the backup is making my reptilian brain want to grab her and put some sperm in her ASAP. To hell with that love stuff aha

                          Congrats to you LeafyGreens! You are making a ton of changes in your life. All of them excellent life choices. Really good decision to get your T tested again in 6 months before deciding anything there. If your not having any other low T symptoms besides besides sporadic EQ difficulties, give the PE more time and I'm willing to bet that will not continue to be a problem.
                          Since you are making so many health changes, give your body plenty of time to adapt to all the new stresses (healthy stresses) you are putting your body through. Your 37 year old body will not likely adapt as quickly as your 20-25yr body did. You have an excellent plan in place, just stay consistent in all areas and your future will be much brighter than if you weren't doing all the things you are.
                          Congrats on the impending wedding! I hope that choice turns out to be as good as all the decisions you have posted in your log.

                            Down to 176lbs now. Making excellent progress on the lower stomach and my fat pad is finally starting to shrink as well. If I lay on my back, I barely have one at all. I'm definitely 15% bodyfat or less right now, maybe close to 12%. Two weeks til the honeymoon. Don't think I'll have a full six-pack in two weeks, but it will be a very close thing.

                            While edging today, I laid on my back and took a couple pictures for my wife and texted them.

                            She wrote back:
                            "Oh my god. I want him. Oh please. He is gorgeous. My big boy"

                            She then said a few other things a little to graphic to write here

                            The benefit of a 1/2" length increase from PE and rapidly shrinking fat pad. My body feels great, my penis feels great. I married to the love of my life, and we will soon have our honeymoon. Life is good.

                            Also, my girth is consistently large enough that I can justify moving up to "Large" condoms. I ordered some "Atlas Extra Large" for the honeymoon. I chose that brand because I think it's stupid the way Magnums flare wider at the tip (why???) and I just like the words "Extra Large" written on the package. Ha. Don't usually use condoms but occasionally useful when wanting to switch back and forth between anal and vaginal.

                              Kind of a frustrating day today. Woke up early after another piss poor night of sleep (about 4 or 5 in a row now). Keep waking up every couple hours thinking it's morning.

                              First thing I did my JP90 routine, and it took forever. Kept losing my erection during the jelqs, and it got harder and harder to regain it throughout.

                              After warm-up, the routine should take about 600 seconds (150 4 second jelqs) + 240 (60 4 second v-jelqs) = 840 seconds. Basically 14 minutes, roughly. It took me an hour, and this is pretty normal (45 minutes - 1 hour). So basically 1/4 of the time is spent exercising and the other 2/3 - 3/4 is spent just trying to get a 60-70% erection and keeping it there.

                              Read a little bit about doing a weak hand clamp to try to keep the erection up. Might start trying something like that, getting frustrated.

                              Today I was especially irritated by this, and then totally blew it with the edging and came within a few minutes.

                              So off to a bad start, my mood didn't improve much. Didn't like at all what I was seeing in the mirror today. Stomach looked awful, felt like I made no progress this past month on the diet. Started to realize also I might need to drop another 15-20lbs to get the six pack. Previously I was hoping for only 10lbs from this point.

                              Then decided I wanted to just masturbate later in the day to relieve stress, but wanted to get an erection through stimulation alone (no imagination). After about 15 minutes of trying that, i gave up and switched to fantasy. Took a few minutes after that, but that worked.

                              Measured girth during, still no improvement there from what I can see. Was hoping to score another 1/8" before my honeymoon for a consistent 5.25" mid girth but not likely to happen again. Really want to get to 5.5" then pretty sure I will just switch to a maintenance and EQ focused routine unless I can find a way to not waste so much time on the jelqs w/ achieving erection level.

                              As the day went on, I just kind of kept the sour mood and then finally realized I am just focusing too much on the result and not enough on just following my plan. And giving both penis size and body size too much control over my mental states.

                              So I got a little extreme, and I taped paper on the bottom of all my mirrors, so that I can only see my face. Then I took all my rulers and tape measures, through them up on top of the cabinets where I can't get them without a chair. And took the batteries out of the scale.

                              So f#ck it... just gonna keep following the plan (in the kitchen, in the gym, and in PE). After the honeymoon I'll assess where I'm at.

                              Only other thing noteworthy is today I received some penis lotion I ordered called "Man1 Man Oil." It's probably a waste of money, but some people said it could help restore some sensitivity. My tip especially is just not very sensitive. I've been reading a bit about hitting the g-spot and the a-spot during intercourse, and the instructions are always describing how to 'feel' it. Well, I don't think my tip can feel anything like that. It's just not very sensitive. I remember being drunk a few weeks ago, and my wife was playing with the tip... literally could not feel even a single thing. It might as well been under local anesthetic.

                              So we'll see... it says improved looking penis skin (whatever that means) with 4-6 weeks and improved sensitivity in 2+ months. I bought a 3 month supply and will report back anything I noticed.
