    Had what I think is a technique "eureka" moment today with jelqs. Realized I had been somewhat loosening my grip at the top of the jelq. Once I kept the top grip clamped down, i noticed *much* more expansion as the bottom hand pushed up. In fact, I think this is the first time I've noticed it in any significant way.

    The new technique also seemed to keep me better in the ideal 50-70% erect range, didn't have quite as much problem maintaining it, so the session was about 15 minutes faster than yesterday.

    Also noticing I need to apply much more stretch before it starts to get a little uncomfortable. Many positive signs.

      Just started week 4 of JP90, after two days of rest. This is the final week before my honeymoon.

      Not sure yet what my strategy will be for PE while i'm on my honeymoon. I will be having lots of sex, of course, not sure if that's enough to "maintain" any progress I've made over 4 weeks.

      Haven't formally measured and won't measure for 6 days or so (that's a long time for me ha). I'll probably measure right before the honeymoon just to see if I made any girth gains.

      I think my plan is to do JP90 through Tuesday, as planned. Then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday no PE, no edging, nothing at all, except a quick measure on Friday. Gonna give him lots of rest and let the need build up from days of no activity. Then Saturday let it all loose

      Weight loss is still coming along nicely and my sessions in the gym are still really good, even with the serious calorie restriction. I'm excited to see how my strength and muscle size will increase when I return to a normal diet. I feel like all the good food, the supplements, etc is really good for my body, and I'm primed for some serious gains. But I've been dieting SO LONG that I haven't had a chance to build them.

        Great session today. Didn't have any problems with erection level for the jelqs, so including 10 min warmup, my session only took 35 min. I really feel like my penis is becoming more sensitive suddenly these past few days. Not sure what to attribute it to, exactly. It began right after I started using the ManOil, but instructions on that even say it takes months for any benefits to be seen. So probably not that. Maybe I'm just finally coming out of a flatline.

        Experienced a little bit of pain on the left side near the base toward the end of my 3rd set of regular jelqs, so did the last 20 or so jelqs with less intensity and my 3rd set of v-jelqs also with less intensity. Didn't experience any more problems during the jelqs or doing edging after that one time.

        I'm noticing that when I'm warmed up and after a few stretched, my BPSFL is WAY longer than a normal during the day measurement. It exceeds my BPEL after the first few stretches in JP90. In summary, I think BPSFL measurements are bullshit. They vary too much, at least for me.

        I haven't done any formal measuring but it appears my length gains of about .5" are always there if I'm at EQ 7+. Not necessary to be raging hard. Not sure where my girth is but still failing (or should I say passing?) the toilet paper roll test, which was my very first sign of gains. I remember using this test in the fall to figure out what size condoms to order, and I could push the roll all the way down to very nearly the base. Now I fail about 1" down, occasionally 2" down. But never ever can I push it all the way down to near the base like I did back then.

        Tried the new Atlas large condoms with my fleshlight. They're only about 2mm wider than the ones I was user before, didn't notice any difference other than the fact that both condoms really kill my sensitivity.

        Current estimated measurements:
        7.5+" BPEL (might be nearing 7.6 now based on eyeballing it with my hand, happens to be exactly 7.5" from tip of palm to tip of middle finger).
        5.125 - 5.25 MEG, and I think probably thicker near the tip then before by more than 1/8"

        Will measure on Friday to formally see where things are after 4 weeks and 2 days of rest.

          One other thing worth mentioning: flaccid seems thicker lately since I got a better handle on jelqing technique. Hopefully this is a sign of future gains. Erect girth is really what I'm after more than anything else, by far. But flaccid girth is nice too

          And I've decided I'm not against additional length either But won't be chasing it intentionally. Really hoping I can finish with JP90 in a few months, maybe do it a few months after that, and be happy with something around 7.75"/5.5" The PE workout, including edging, takes me an hour or longer. It's just too much time for me to invest for years. Once I hit 5.5" on girth, I think I'm done and will focus on cementing gains and maintenance.

              Think I figured out what the issue was with that slight pain on the left side of my base. It's where I would first squeeze when V-Jelqing, and my wedding ring was digging into me. So now I take off the water ring for the jelqing.

              Other than that, everything going great. No issues with maintaining correct erection levels now. One more day of JP90 before rest days and then no PE, unless I stealth a little during my honeymoon, for almost 2 weeks.

                Week 4 JP90 complete, following 5 day on/5 day off split.

                Woke up last night often from various strange dreams. Lots of wood throughout the night. While laying in bed before I got up, thought a little bit about sex, and had instant hard-on. Really wish I could that during the day

                Had another great session with no difficulties maintaining erection level. Only stopped two or three times to plump it up a bit more. Was still within range for jelqing, but i like to keep it on the high end for girth focus. Can get it where I need it with just touching and VERY light imagination. When i first started, I had a really hard time even with intense imagination scenarios. That all really began to change for me at the beginning of this week. Don't know what exactly to attribute it to, but I'm glad.

                Only downside is i'm really not getting much expansion these past few days from normal jelqing. Get a good amount from the v-jelqs, though. My dick is decently wide, might be a hardgainer on width, but not very "deep" so could explain why the v-jelqs give me better expansion. Might just have more "room to grow" there on the bottom.

                Will measure officially on Friday, but I'm pretty sure I've had no recent gains. Yesterday I went against my resolution to not measure and measured. Mid girth bounces between 5.125 and 5.25. Honestly not sure why or under what circumstances. Length seems to be about the same at 7.5", might have even be a tad shorter.

                Part of me wonders if years and years of unintentional edging already gave me some gains without realizing it, and at this point I might be considered a "hard gainer." But I guess 4 weeks is really too early to say, and I did get that unexpected .5" gain on length. In one month, that's nothing to take lightly. Just wish it had been .5" gain on girth.

                Fat pad continues to reduce, still have quite a bit to go, but it's made a big visual impact already. I look at my flaccid in the mirror sometimes and think, "Damn... it looks pretty good" It bounces between 5.25 - 5.75" BPFL and pretty consistently at 4.5" on girth. No one would call me a monster, but with the fat pad shrinking, it looks substantial. Bonus.

                  Back from my honeymoon. As expected, had a great time, lots of sex.

                  Measured to see if there were any losses from almost 2 weeks of no PE. Girth is stable at around 5.25". Might have lost 1/8" inch on length, hard to say because minor variations occur all the time, for no obvious reasons, when I measure. I'm still ahead of where I started. By at least 1/4" in length (maybe up to 1/2") and ~1/8" on girth.

                  Gained about 4lbs although probably 2 is just water.

                    Still having some difficulties with delayed ejaculation and maintaining arousal when I don't go straight from making out/touching to sex. I lose it when I give oral or manual stimulation. Don't have any problem getting it by back hand, but it's still pretty annoying and a bit embarrassing. I can also lose arousal if I feel like I'm hurting her or she's not enjoying it. If I reach between her legs after making out a while, and she's not wet, it's an instant boner kill. Mentally I'm just really hyper focused on her experience, her enjoyment.. basically a kind of love-based performance anxiety, with some inner looping of anxiety about the anxiety.

                    We also have so much sex that it starts to give her some soreness, that messes with my head a little. One time there was a little bleeding. Another time she commented that the ocean water burned a little in both holes one of the days she got in it. And that's with 5.25" mid girth. Don't know how the 6" monsters ever have sex multiple times a day with their women.

                    Right now I only see my wife 1 week out of the month (we live in separate cities for a few more months), so really it puts a lot of pressure on when we are together. The delayed ejac actually seems to start resolving itself toward the end of our week, but then we are apart again and the cycle starts again.

                    Thinking I might drop the edging to get closer to a true NO FAP reboot with no masturbation at all. Just enough for jelqing, and then that's it. Nothing to orgasm. Will be a little over 3 weeks until I see my wife again (we live apart for 75% of each month right now). So basically means no cumming for 3 weeks. Not sure if it will really do anything for my particular problem, though.

                      Sorry for writing on your progress log but I wanna tell you that I got small BPFSL as well.My BPEL is very close to yours right now 7.35 and my BPFSL is close to yours.But the good news is that I am gaining and I see the same with you.So who cares about BPFSL stretching beyound BPEL looks like science fiction to me.

                        I'm back after a break. When I returned from my honeymoon, I was super busy with moving and some other things.. my rhythm was destroyed.

                        Just started again a few days ago. Don't have as much time as I did before and less privacy, so I'm ditching the edging.

                        My new routine is:
                        JP Stretches and 1 set 50 Jelqs, 1 set 30 V-jelqs in the morning in the shower

                        2 sets 50 Jelqs, 2 sets 30 V-jelqs right before bed.

                        Not scheduling off-days, I think life will give me rest days on its own. But if I'm somehow lucky enough to do the whole routine every day for 5 days in a row, I'll take a break.

                        I'm also not feeling as 'obsessed' with it right now. So I think i'll follow this routine for 3 months and then measure. You know.. the way you're SUPPOSED to do it ha

                          Worth mentioning that my issues maintaining high enough erection level for PE'ing is completely gone. I'm not having any problems getting it hard, and if anything, it has a tendency to get TOO HARD now during Jelqing.

                          Really strange how that has changed. Not sure what to attribute it to except maybe lower stress (it's been one hell of a year for stress) and maybe just some additional months away from porn.

                            OK, so I swore I was going to wait a few months to measure, but... I was just too damn curious, because I really felt like I had some girth gains that I wanted to confirm.

                            Last time I measured (after about a month of PE), the measurements would bounce somewhere between 5.125 and 5.25. More consistently up near 5.25 toward the end.

                            Now my measurements are bouncing between 5.25 and 5.375. So I think a 1/8 inch gain in the past couple weeks. Very, very good. I'm happy. Really hoping I can get to that 5.5" mark consistently in a few months.

                            Didn't measure length, because I don't really care about it much. But just "eyeballing," I'd guess there has been a very small improvement there too.

                              Things are going quite well, although unfortunately I've lost myself to measuring obsession again. I'm measuring everyday, multiple times a day. It's a problem.

                              But... the measuring tape is being kind to me. I'm now consistently measuring at 5.375 and even occasionally the tape is hitting 5.5" on girth. Which is fantaaaaastic. Total girth gain of .25" and approaching a gain of .375" in just under 2 months of total PE'ing.

                              I think most of the girth is coming from the underside of the penis, and it's really very squishy (that line in the middle of the underside, not sure what it's called). There is no rigidity to it at all. So not sure it's actual "usable" gains.

                              During my first 5 week stint of PE before taking a short break, I was up to 7.5" BPEL consistently. I appear to have lost some of that. Only measuring at 7.25" now on a good day. Kind of a bummer. I used to have worries about bottoming out on my wife, but apparently I just needed to stretch her out a bit. It's not a problem anymore. So I was wanting that extra length. This time I'm doing my jelq's at a MUCH higher erection level, so that's probably why some length was lost and isn't returning.

                              I've been more or less following JP90 except higher jelq erection % than recommended (~80% usually), and I'm splitting the workout in two.. part in the morning, part in the evening. I haven't been following any formal on day/off day schedule. I've simply been observing how my body reacts. Basically, I always getting raging night wood. So if I have a night with no wood or less than rock hard wood, I take that day off from PE, and it's always back to normal the next day. I should track how often this occurs, but I haven't been. I've definitely been toeing that line of overtraining.

                              This weekend I'm expecting some super crazy sex marathons, so I'm going to do maintenance for the rest of the week: just one set of jelqs and one set of v-jelqs each morning. Don't want any risk of injury or impacts to EQ.

                                Something that got my attention recently that I'm now wondering a lot about is "soft glans." I never paid any attention to it before, but I'm pretty sure it's always been squishy. I mean.. push down on it and you can feel the hard shaft underneath it, but the glans itself is just a marshmallow on top. Just thought this is how it always is for men; never even occurred to me that it gets hard like the rest of the penis for many (most?) men.

                                Supposedly it's related to EQ, but I just don't see how my dick could get any harder on the top and sides. I've always had super hard erections and my erection angle is high. At full mast, at least 45 degree angle to the floor. Maybe higher. It makes certain positions like reverse cowgirl a problem when i'm really turned on.

                                So if anybody has more info on this, I'd appreciate it.
