  • Added the cock ring back into the mix. For now, the plan is to put it on following my afternoon routine, wear it for the rest of the day/evening, keep it on overnight, and then take it off in the morning. I think it's healthier for me not to wear it 24/7. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about this stuff but I get the sense that keeping it on all the time messes up lymphatic drainage, encourages edema, and generally inhibits full recovery between exercise sets. I think the break between morning and afternoon should be enough but if not, I'll take a break from it in the evening as well or even just cut back to nighttime only.

    Anyways, I'm basically back to the full routine I was doing before. Already my post-routine measurement is back up to a 5.5+" MSEG. So yeah, I'd say that using the Bathmate and cock ring temporarily gives me an extra 1/8" at least. It's nice to have that back. Also, I'm not sure that anything less than my full routine will actually produce growth for me.

    My wife and I are basically conducting a slow-paced controlled demolition of our marriage. We love each other and I'm sure we'll remain friends but we need different things. So it goes. There is probably very little sex in my immediate future while this slowly wraps up over the next year (or longer).

    I think I'll see if I can push past 5.5" MSEG. I'm not sure about my goals at this point but I think I'll try to induce another phase of growth. Got nothing better to do with my dick for the time being.

      No big changes this week. I think I'm still dealing with a tight tunica. It'll probably take some additional time and work to loosen it up. Again, I don't think that the 1/8" I lost is due to any loss of actual tissue within the shaft. I think my tunica is just constricted right now compared to a month or two ago.

      I think the ideal state for growth (for me) is one where my tunica is in a more malleable state and I'm getting in a lot of jelqing reps in order to create that cycle of tissue damage and repair. When I think back to the period when I was achieving the most growth, I remember my EQ being so-so. At least part of this time was when I had a really well-fitted cock ring that was giving me some great, expansive hard-ons every night. Basically, I think I grow the most when my tunica is a slightly stretched state. That's what I'm trying to get back to right now.

      That's the state of things right now. On a positive note, I've continued to make gradual progress on the discoloration. I'm pretty psyched about that. Still experimenting with how much and how often to use this stuff. I've gotten the best results from using it in waves. Heavy applications a few times a day for a few days, then a few days off again. I also find that it works best if I apply it, wait, apply more, wait, then apply a heavy layer of lotion. For some reason, keeping it moisturized after an application seems to help the skin shed and keeps irritation to a minimum.

      Anyways, kind of a boring week in the PE realm for me but that's normal. If you're serious about PE, you know it's a long game.

      • I spent last week getting back into my full routine. This week I'm increasing the intensity in small ways. Longer/harder pumping, stronger jelqing grip, more bending/cranking while performing squeezes. It could be my imagination, but I feel like things are loosening up again. There's possibly some loss of EQ but everything feels healthy. No soreness yet, although some minor soreness is expected.

        This is absolutely NOT advice for anybody else but for me, I find that anything less than this level of intensity results in basically no growth. Let's see if over the next few weeks I can reclaim my 5.5" MSEG and move on from there.

        Discoloration continues to decrease, which is awesome. I'm going to try one heavy application of the skin lightening stuff once a week followed by lots of moisturizing. That combination seems to work pretty well. In my experience, it doesn't really help to just douse my dick in this stuff over and over. My skin dries out and burns but doesn't shed when I do that. It seems best to apply it once (heavily), then moisturize right after and keep moisturizing for the next few days. Usually a day or two after the initial application is when I find that a layer of skin starts to (painlessly) shed off.

          Basically the same. BEG is a little lower but I don't take that measurement very seriously. Yesterday I wasn't able to do the Bathmate and had to skip some of my sets so that's probably the reason for that. MSEG is creeping back towards 5.5" but not there yet. I'm not holding my breath but I do think I'll hit it again eventually.

          My libido and mood has been shit for a couple days now. Some days I wake up and it just hits me. My marriage is basically over but we're still living together, half-pretending that things are normal. Only a couple of my friends know what's going on. I need to get out of here but it's logistically impossible right now. It's a kind of waking nightmare, to be honest. So yeah, my libido is not 100%. For the first time in ages, I used porn to get through my morning routine out of necessity. FML.

          • Just a quick note for the log. After the morning routine I was well above 5.5" MSEG, almost 5.625". I measured a few times because I didn't believe it at first. I have no idea where the girth came from. I've been doing a little extra volume/intensity as noted earlier, so maybe that's it.

            Apologies to whoever is reading this log; I'm sure some posts are TMI. In an effort to relate it all back to PE, I'll say this: my mood and libido have improved since the last post and I wouldn't be surprised if that's contributed to the better measurement. I think my exercises are way more effective when I'm feeling better, even if I've been using porn as a crutch recently. The takeaway is that overall health, including mental health, actually matters in PE. In retrospect, I think my gains have come at times when my mind and body are in optimal condition.

            Anyways, just some quick thoughts. It was nice to see my MSEG over 5.5" again.

              I'm back to my previous measurements but just barely. Like right on the line, not a hair more.
              I'm using porn while doing my routine and honestly, it's helping at the moment. Erections get harder and they're easier to get. I think it's making the exercises more effective and it's definitely shaving a few minutes off the process by helping me get and stay hard quickly. Having taken a long break, I have a few guidelines for my porn use now:

              - Don't just watch for the hell of it. Porn is for PE or if I need to jerk off (roughly once a week for me). I used to jerk off daily to porn and it drained me of energy and motivation.

              - No porn collections. I used to collect videos and pictures, which is kind of embarrassing. Biggest fucking waste of time ever.

              - Watch uplifting porn. No fucked up shit. No porn that seems genuinely hateful or damaging to the women in it. I'm not sure how else to put this but I know the difference when I see it.

              Also, the last 3 or 4 days, I've upped the volume again because I feel like I'm ready for it. I'm now doing 150 jelqs per set (up from 120). Also, my squeezes are a bit longer. Around 75-90 seconds rather than 60. Everything down there is feeling pretty damn good right now so I'm hoping to regain some of my previous momentum and continue to gain over the next several months.

                I've been using porn during my PE for a couple weeks and this morning I just didn't feel like it. I've started to feel like I'm depending on it for my exercises and that's not great. Also, I've noticed more recently that I've been having more accidental ejaculations than usual, which really fucks up my routine. So... this morning I decided to go without the porn even though my libido was feeling pretty low already. I did a shorter routine but even that wasn't very easy. And obviously when I took my measurement after the first set, my EQ was pretty bad and the measurement reflected it. Still, that's the measurement I took and I might as well own it.

                So yeah, my overall energy and mood is fine this morning but the libido isn't there. My tunica feels tight and it generally feels constricted down there, not loose the way it normally feels. I find that when it's in this state, it doesn't really turtle in terms of length as much but the girth constricts and it gets cold easily from the lack of blood flow.

                Oh well. It's all a learning experience. Using porn every time I do PE seems like too much. Maybe it'd be a good idea to avoid porn while doing PE and just indulge in it occasionally.

                  Yep, exactly what I was thinking. The current routine includes 4 sets of 150 jelqs & 90 second holds in the morning. Afternoon is Bathmate for 15 minutes then 2 sets of the aforementioned exercises. Evening is 2 sets. Previously, I was doing 6 sets, then 3 sets, then 3 sets. I'm cutting back because I need to reclaim some of my time. Simple as that.

                  I'm expecting that this routine will maintain the 5.375" MSEG and gradually result in further gains over a period of several months. At least that's the hope.

                  Last week I avoided porn altogether until Sunday, when I intentionally indulged. I think watching porn once or twice a week is about right for me. Cutting back on porn (again) definitely resulted in some short-term libido issues while doing PE but it's worked itself out and I'm now able to get through my exercises without any real issues.

                  Porn works on my brain like a drug. Watching every day during PE was clearly desensitizing me. I was developing a tolerance so that I needed more of it (or more intense versions of it). Once I realized that was happening again, I knew I had to cut back. I also noticed increased incidents of accidental ejaculation during PE when watching porn. So yeah, it started off great but after a week or two I realized it wasn't working for me.

                  We'll see if once or twice a week is okay. I can always go cold turkey again if necessary but I'm not sure that's actually the best thing either.

                    Same same. It was cold this morning and my dick was unenthusiastic during my routine. That said, the last week was a good one for PE. Libido is fine and things down there feel good.

                    I have avoided porn during PE for the last two weeks. I've found that I can achieve a pretty healthy balance of sexual energy by only ejaculating once a week and so for the last couple weeks I've used porn just once a week when I intend to get off and relieve the tension. Seems to be working. This last week I didn't have a single unintentional ejaculation during PE. My libido and energy was strong overall. I love the energy I feel when it's been a full week without ejaculating and honestly I'd probably just hold out longer if I could. Unfortunately, I find that after a while I'm so charged up that unintentionally ejaculating during PE becomes an inevitability.

                    Those reading this log are probably not that interested in the details of my personal life but I just want to say that this PE routine and my aforementioned management of my sexual energy is keeping me sane at a time when my sex life is non-existent. I genuinely believe that I would be in a much worse place if I didn't have this routine and the self-knowledge I've gained through PE. I've discovered that I can actually take care of myself if necessary. I won't go crazy if I have to endure a prolonged dry spell. It's a great feeling, really. I used to feel trapped in a state of neediness but now I feel self-sufficient and mentally/sexually stable. I feel like this practice could be really useful for any guy who is trapped in a dead bedroom situation or is otherwise going through a frustrating dry spell. The fact that I can do this to relieve tension and grow in size at the same time is great.

                      Both MSEG and BEG were about a 1/16" over the measurements shown above. Not quite to the next full 1/8" mark but noticeably higher.

                      I'm experimenting with more frequent pumping. I'm not extending my existing afternoon Bathmate session, rather I'm using the air pump after my morning session and the Bathmate again at night. Basically, I'm trying to see if I can keep everything in an expanded state more of the time. So now each of my sessions (morning, afternoon and night) incorporate some form of pumping. Specifically, I'm using the air pump after my morning routine at 3-4hg for 30 minutes, the Bathmate before my afternoon routine for about 15 minutes, and the Bathmate before my night routine for roughly 5-10 minutes.

                      So far it feels great but we'll see if any results follow. My manual exercises remain the same. I'll be watching out for edema issues but so far so good. I've noticed that anything over 3-4hg for the air pump often produces edema so I'm keeping it limited to that pressure.

                      Oh, and I'm going to see how long I can last without ejaculating. It's been one week. Not sure I can get through another without accidentally blowing it but for now I'm enjoying the heightened energy from abstaining.

                        This week's measurement is probably influenced by the recent changes to my routine. I'm glad to be back at 5.5" MSEG but it may be more of a temporary effect. Still, I believe that this sort of temporary expansion (as long as it's not edema) is the first step towards longer-term gains. I've continued with last week's updated routine involving additional pumping. I also increased the reps in my jelqing sets from 150 to 200. So now I guess I'm doing 33% more jelqs than before. Also, I'm once again using the cock ring while I sleep. I put it on just before bed and take it off right after I wake up. At the moment, all these changes are working well together.

                        I was very close to 5.625" MSEG and my BEG was almost 5.875". Libido is great, thanks to (mostly) avoiding ejaculation for the last two weeks. I sorta half-came once but I'm still feeling the heightened energy. Overall, I'm excited to see a change in measurements and I feel like the revised routine is working well.

                          I feel like I'm back in a state of growth and the measurements seem to reflect that. I think the three big things lately are...
                          1) Minimal porn and ejaculation. My libido is stronger because of this. A stronger libido makes every session more productive and probably gives me more erections at night as well.

                          2) Pumping three times a day. I realize this isn't possible for a lot of people. I'm lucky that I can work it into my day pretty seamlessly. It's effective because once the previous pump's effects wear off, I'm ready to do it again. The frequent jelqing limits any edema.

                          3) Wearing the cock ring at night. In retrospect, I don't think I ever got very much out of wearing the ring during the daytime. But wearing it at night has a real impact, especially since I'm also pumping and jelqing (in that order) before bed. I pump, I do the jelqs/squeezes, then the cock ring goes on. Whenever I wake up at night, I can feel how nicely expanded my dick remains and I usually wake up with fantastic morning wood. I was having trouble getting much benefit from the cock ring for a little while because the size wasn't right. Fortunately, I think I've grown into the one I'm currently using and the more I grow, the more effective it seems to be. At a certain point it'll be too small maybe but that's a long way off.

                          On the personal side, my wife and I have acknowledged that our marriage is basically over and that we both just want to be friends. I took sex off the table a few weeks ago because I could see it just wasn't going to work and it felt easier to put that nail in that coffin. So there's a pretty good chance that I'm in for a long dry spell. But hey, who knows what will come up.

                          My PE goal is still 8x6. I'd take a little extra length but I have no plans to work on that. I've been making some gains at the gym as well which feels great as a guy who spent most of his life looking like a beanpole. At this point, I'm just doing the gym and PE for me because I love the way I look in the mirror. Physically, I look like a totally different guy.

                          Those of us shooting for 8x6 or similarly large sizes have to be realistic though. I have no real-world experience of this but I can only imagine that some women will probably be uninterested in fucking a giant dick. I think that most guys who have been into PE for a while realize that. Once you get past... I don't know, maybe 7.5" BPEL x 5.5" MSEG, my impression is that you're starting to potentially eliminate some potential sexual partners. Some women will probably have issues even before that size. And of course, others will be into it. I'm just trying to say that this kind of size is in no way required in order to optimize your sex life. Beyond a certain point, it's probably more of a complication than anything. What I've discovered along the way is that I want this size because it's a turn-on for me. Hopefully I end up finding other women who feel the same.

                          Anyways, blah blah blah. Just some thoughts. Time to get on with my day.

                            Well, back to 5.5" again. Things feel a little tight down there this morning, so it's not a surprise. I'm continuing the same routine as last week. Still trying not to ejaculate, although it seems that I can only avoid it for about 7-10 days before it happens accidentally during one of my exercises (or I decide to indulge on purpose).

                            Once I hit my size goals and dial back my current PE routine, I'd like to try the Deer Exercise. It's been mentioned in a couple books I've flipped through and can probably be found with a quick internet search. My current routine takes up enough of my time already and there's no way I'm going to fiddle with my dick for even longer each day. But if I can cement an 8x6 measurement, I'll replace a lot of what I'm doing now with things like the Deer Exercise and perhaps some other stuff geared towards helping me control my arousal and last longer (kegels, reverse kegels, edging, etc). Honestly, I'm looking forward to that because I think those exercises will ultimately do more to improve my sexual performance.
