    Hello PEGYM!

    I started PE (regularly) just about a month ago and I decided it'd be best to keep a log and discussion going about my progress. I've decided to include pictures every month that way if I do gain i'll be an inspiration to others. My starting stats as of May 14, 2011 were (i add 1/16 of an inch to the BPEL cuz the ruler does not start at 0) Also I did not measure NBPEL but will start in subsequent pictures:

    BPEL: 6.25 or 6 4/16 in
    MSEG: 4.375 or 4 6/16 in
    BSEG: 4.312 or 4 5/16 in
    Head Girth: 4.312 or 4 5/16 in
    Largest Girth: 4.5 or 4 8/16 in


    My routine has consisted of pretty much warm up, 3-4 minutes of basic stretches and about 250 jelqs at about 75%. (I know about the dangers, but i've gotten nothing but positive PI's from it) 2 days on 1 day off.

    my starting photos are attached. I'll be posting new photos with results from one month either today or tomorrow.

    Welcome to the Gym NGB. Good move on your part to join and start posting. I promise you that you will make gains in both length and girth if you stick with the JP90 routine and don't become discouraged.

        Here are my stats and pics as of June 12, 2011

        BPEL: 6.312 or 6 5/16 in
        BSEG: 4.375 or 4 6/16 in
        MSEG: 4.4375 or 4 7/16 in
        Head Girth: 4.5 or 4 8/16 in
        Largest Girth: 4.625 or 4 10/16 in


        from the looks of things I have "gained" in month one. But unless my stats are the same or better next month I will not officially call these gains. But looks like things are going well.

          6/13 routine - 5 minutes of basic stretches in shower
          15 minutes rice sock warm up
          275 Wet Jelqs (75% ish) with 1 Uli after 150
          5 minute rice sock warm down
          Starting stats: 6.25" x 4.37"
          Current stats: 6.8" x 4.53"

          12% increase in volume
          58% to goal (7.6" x 5.6" )

              I think Jelqing is the best way to gain girth, but that's only from what I've been reading.

              You might want to take a look at the Bathmate?

              I hope someone more well versed can weigh in for ya.

                Hey dude, I see you're like me. I came here first searching for girth more than anything. I built my routine off another member https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...t-my-size.html

                It's basically a jelq routine that I'm doing, but I'm doing it at high EQ for girth and I added a stretch to the Jelq and called the SBE Jelq LOL! I named it because it doesn't look like it exists anywhere in the manuals. Anyway, i do the SBEs and normal hi Erection Level Jelqs for Girth and lower Erection Level Jelqs for length.

                I wouldn't suggest my routine until you've gone through the JP90 routine though. Gotta condition your penis to the stresses.

                  Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. While I am not adhering exactly to the JP90 routine my routine is pretty basic. jelqs stretches and kegels. Nothing advanced yet. I do own an ADS which I have worn on and off for years. I'll log any hours I use that for. I'm really pulling for girth. I could care less about length at this point. So I will do my jelqs at a relatively high erection level. Hopefully, I will see some gains by the end of summer (American Summer) and can move onto integrating more advanced techniques into my workout regularly. I will take photos either every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks (4 weeks for now). To keep track of the changes. I'd like this thread to become an inspiration for others. That is, If I do gain, I'd like others to have clear and documented proof of my results.

                        Basic stretches in the shower though.

                              Hey Forum,

                              Quick question... My unit is relatively conditioned from Over 100 hours of ADS prior to starting a routine and on and off PEing prior to that so I was wondering if I'd find it beneficial to add tunica tugs, jai stretches (how do I do those?), etc. To possibly help with girth gains. I don't want to over do it and try horse 440's or clamping. but i'd like to add more girth work than just high erection level jelquing.
