Routine for my first month:
At some stage later in the evening, make sure I maintain an erection for a while.
At times throughout the day, also wearing a light ADS ball weight, about 3 hours at work and 1-2 hours at home. Also doing a few JAI stretches a few times at work.
Come on fella, make me proud.

Routine for my first month:
- Quick shower (better grip)
- 10 min warm up (hot heat pillow)
- Stretches: SD, DL, DR, SO, UL, UR, SU - Ease into each 30 sec stretch - 5 rotary stretches each direction in-between and heli shakes
- 5 min jelq, 5 min v-jelq, 5 min jelq, 5 min v-jelq - kegel every 3 reps or so (I hate counting so I timed it. This should equal 150 jelq and 90 v-jelq. I'm calling 3 strokes 1 rep for v-jelq)
- Few minutes warm down
