While Im new to this site, Im not new to PE. Im a member of another PE community and began my career in 2006. Im not sure what my initial BP measurement was, but I started out with roughly 6.6'' NBP. My first BP measurement pics were 7.4" after I had been doing the newbie routine for a while, which honestly didnt produce much of a gain if any at all.
My first noticeable gains came from a newbie routine created by Babbis. I then starting pumping and came up with a routine coupled with jelqing that produced additional gains. This was when I realized this stuff actually works and found hope for a larger unit.
Ive experimented with many different methods from warm ups, stretching, jelqing, pumping, clamping, squeezes, etc...and have a strong understanding of the relevance of each.
For some odd reason, I took almost a year and 1/2 off from 2007 - Nov. 2008. During this time I didnt do anything PE related. When I started back in 2008, to my surprise I hadnt lost any of my previous gains. Ive rededicated myself to PE and havent taken much time off since I started back. Ive continued to see more gains and am currently the size in my sig.
Here are my first measured BP pics. These pics were taken 4 months apart, with a month off in between. So, I was only practing PE 3 of those months and on approximately 2-3 days/week. Im a firm believer in "less is more".
