  • biggerjohnson's progress log and pics

While Im new to this site, Im not new to PE. Im a member of another PE community and began my career in 2006. Im not sure what my initial BP measurement was, but I started out with roughly 6.6'' NBP. My first BP measurement pics were 7.4" after I had been doing the newbie routine for a while, which honestly didnt produce much of a gain if any at all.

My first noticeable gains came from a newbie routine created by Babbis. I then starting pumping and came up with a routine coupled with jelqing that produced additional gains. This was when I realized this stuff actually works and found hope for a larger unit.

Ive experimented with many different methods from warm ups, stretching, jelqing, pumping, clamping, squeezes, etc...and have a strong understanding of the relevance of each.

For some odd reason, I took almost a year and 1/2 off from 2007 - Nov. 2008. During this time I didnt do anything PE related. When I started back in 2008, to my surprise I hadnt lost any of my previous gains. Ive rededicated myself to PE and havent taken much time off since I started back. Ive continued to see more gains and am currently the size in my sig.

Here are my first measured BP pics. These pics were taken 4 months apart, with a month off in between. So, I was only practing PE 3 of those months and on approximately 2-3 days/week. Im a firm believer in "less is more".

Now, here are the pics after my return from over a year off from 2007-Dec of 2008. Actually, these pics were taken in Feb of 2009, so I had only been practicing PE again for 2 months since all that time off, and started to gain immediately.

The difference between these two really put things into perspective and is certainly proof that PE works.

I dont see why more people dont post pictures. Pictures are documented proof plus its motivation when you go back and view your previous size compared to the new you. When you do that, theres no denying that PE works.

Obvioiusly I don't mean this in a gay way but.... you have a nice unit there my friend. Very nice work!

But wow, that clamping scares the crap out of me. Looks painful... although, I have never tried it...

Thanks man! Ive definitely come a long ways since I started. If you notice, in this picture https://www.pegym.com/forums/attachm...e-pics-016.jpg , my current NBP measurement is as large as my first BP pic here https://www.pegym.com/forums/attachm...nd-2006-bp.jpg .

Thats why I stress the importance of pics. PE gains are so gradual you dont really notice it. Its almost like Ive always been this size until I go back and view my previous photos and see how much progress Ive actually made.

As far as clamping goes, its not that bad. Definitely not for newbies by any means. You truly have to be conditioned before attempting clamping or any advanced exercises. Of course, the idea of clamping is to focus on girth. The expansion I get while clamped is incredible. I usually see close to .5'' expansion and maintain a lot of that hours after the session has ended. I usually couple this with jelqing in between sets and light jelqs with the clamp on. Depending on my mood, I will even pump between clamping sets to increase blood flow but at very low pressure and just a few short minutes.

Yeah, people who take time off and lose some of their gains, usually gain whatever they lost right back.

Welcome back to the world of PE.

Thats whats odd, I didnt lose any of my previous gains after more than a year off. They must have been cemented really well.

This time I do not plan on taking anytime off until I reach my current goal of 8.5 BP and atleast 5.5-5.75'' EG. Ive always gained length rather easily compared to girth. Hopefully I will reach my goals by the end of this year or sooner.

The reason why I think guys are picture shy is due to the fact that they will be called down for something. Your pics are clear and present a good history of your gains. So, if we are going to be having pics which I encourage there will be no slaming, accussing others of photoshoping, you know like what goes on on other forums. Im sure it was difficult to aim the camera right keep up the woodie and it took a lot of work to bring about those pics. Im not singleling anyone out and it has not happened here and I hope it does not the accusing a poster of photoshopping. I would for one like to give the man the benifit of the doubt. So if were going to have a pics forum i would like to propose some simple rules.

                    Do not critisize the sender.
Do not rebuke or put down the sender.
Respect the sender, after all your sharing your privates with the forum.

I would like to see pics w/o a ruler. You see, I can tell how big a unit is by just looking at it.

I agree. Its very hard to hold a camera and ruler at the same time while managing to get a clear photo but if you can, theyre definitely worth it.

Ive seen numerous pics on various websites that were undoubtedly photoshopped. Or people making rediculous claims, but cannot manage to back them up with clear ruler pics. Then people get all upset, start theyre accusations, name calling etc....not a good thing to say the least.

Other than being a great way to gauge your progress, pics are extremely motivational for new members and vets alike. There have been times that I would get discouraged because I was in a stagnant state and not seeing any gains, then I would read someones thread and see pics of gains that would get me excited and determined to overcome the plateau I was in.

As far as just being able to look at a pic w/o a ruler and truly know how big it is, I would say thats extremely hard. Sure you can make a ball park estimate, but due to funky camera angles, Ive seen people be way off. Some pics will truly look 8'' and be no more than 6.5''. Of course not all pics have to include a ruler, but they certainly help. I personally try to post a combination of the two.

You got some great pics did you use a tri-pod? curious to know what your current routine is?

No tripod. Ruler and penis in one hand and camera in the other...talent, I know. lol

Right now Im on this very random routine of pumping, jelqing, and clamping. My routines have always been random. No set on/off days or dedicated time to any specific exercise.

I usually do a good warm up with multi directional stretching. My pumping time will vary depending whether or not Im going to clamp on a particular day. If Im not clamping, then I will start off pumping between 3-5hg for atleast 15-20 minutes. Then I do approximately 50-75 wet jelqs and go right back into the cylinder. I will repeat this until I have pumped for 45-60 minutes. By the end of a similar workout, I will have pumped for close to an hour and performed somewhere between 150-225 wet jelqs.

If I intend on clamping then I change things up a bit. After warming up I will pump for around 5 minutes at no more than 3hg. Once I come out of the cylinder I do my usual 50-75 wet jelqs then apply the clamp. The clamp is as tight as possible without causing pain or injury and will remain on for 10-15 minutes. Upon removing the clamp, I massage the base of my unit where the clamp has been to increase blood flow along with 50-75 wet jelqs. After jelqing, I enter the cylinder for 5 minutes at 3 hg just to help with blood flow and to try and prevent discoloration from clamping as much as possible. I repeat this routine until I have clamped for 30-45 minutes.

From my past experience, I have always gained length much easier than girth. Both of these routines are kind of geared towards my focus. For instance, when Im really focussing on length, I will make sure my time in the cylinder is much longer. However, when my main focus is girth, I still pump to increase blood flow, but make sure the majority of my time is spent on girth from clamping.

There are actually days when I just feel like keeping things simple and do a few shower jelqs and call it a day. Hopefully this wasnt too confusing.
