2/4 8 min pump. 8 stretch.
2/5 off my dick is tired today. Going to take tomorrow off as well and start Monday. I started an anti depressant 3 days ago so well see if it kills my erection quality. If it does I'm gonna switch medicine. My diet sucks again . Oh well.
2/12 off the last 2 workouts I've slightly used less pressure on the bathmate because it was having a hard time recovering. Today great eq and morning wood. Anti depressants don't seem to be affecting this so far so that's great! 8 tomorrow then 2 days off may bump the time up to 9 minutes next week.
2/27 off
2/28 12 bathmate 10 stretch. Post bathmate had crazy pump over 5 inches mseg. It went away in about 15 to 20 minutes. Noticed red dots all over from pressure.
3/1 off. Red dots from yesterday are gone. Going to take today and tomorrow off to recover. Going to measure the 23rd this month hopefully we'll have some gains but who knows. Good erection quality even with anti depressant.
