    I just learned again that it's very easy to fool yourself measuring if you don't put the end of the ruler EXACTLY on the same spot every time. The pubic bone is not a perfect wall, I had already noticed when measuring BPEL that if I put the end of the ruler ever so slightly ABOVE the base of the shaft I would get an artificial 1/16" more. Now I realize that I've been making that mistake when measuring BPFSL for the last few days, and thus it means that I was too hasty in confirming 9"11/16. I can still hit it when measuring "properly", but just barely, and with not enough consistency to call it confirmed. I'm confident it will come along soon though

        Nice thread Stan, great progress. Do you have a goal? If I were at 9 plus I think I would say fuck it and go for 12. Its a great number, best of luck!

            BigO, I don't really have a goal, i just don't want to end up disappointed. Of course a solid 9" NBPEL would be fantastic, but it's still a long way ahead...

              I've been doing Lock Stretches since the beginning, initially together with jelqing.
              I don't jelq anymore, I didn't like the feeling, also I was under the impression that it messed with my EQ (if only temporarily), although it could have been due to the upward stretches I also used to do.
              Anyway, jelqing mostly sounds to me like hype, I really can't see how it could do something. I may be wrong though, please enlighten me.
              This first 4-month phase brought me from 8"7/8 to 9" BPEL and from 8"7/8 to 9"1/8 BPFSL.

              I then devised the Power Shake. During the rather short time I used the Lock Stretch and the Power Shake together, I went to 9"1/8 BPEL and 9"3/8 BPFSL.

              I devised the Shock Stretch two weeks ago. For the first week I used it together with the Power Shakes and a few Lock Stretches and it brought me to 9"1/2 BPFSL and to hitting 9"3/16 BPEL a few times.
              I was impressed, so for the past week I've tried the Shock Stretch alone, and I made zero further gains.
              So, I guess it's back to the combination of the three.

              Any questions welcome, and feel free to experiment with my techniques, they are not patented yet

                Thanks clarkstr, did you mean power shake or shock stretch?

                UPDATE: I just reached 9"3/4 BPFSL for the first time. Like always, this will have to be confirmed, with multiple measurements taken at different times of the day (especially first thing in the morning!)

                  I reached 9"3/4 BPFSL again today but not in the morning.
                  I'm also doing BPEL measurements right now, and it looks like I'm consistently a little over 9"3/16.
                  EDIT: I actually just hit 9"1/4 while edging, two times. I think I measured correctly but I can't be sure, I had to blow my load after that, so i can't do other measurements right now .

                        UPDATE: I just measured like ten times at a full 9"1/4 BPEL, let's call it validated
                        9"3/4 BPFSL is getting very consistent too, but my reference for BPFSL validation is being able to get it first thing in the morning, which is not the case yet.

                          9"1/4 BPEL is definitely confirmed, I just did a measuring session over 1 hour and I got there every single time, all the while making sure I was measuring exactly the same way as before.

                          This is a big step, as I'm now 100% sure that I gained actual erect length (I already had no doubt about FSL, but who cares about FSL in real life).

                          See, I was stuck with 9"3/16 BPEL for several weeks and when I got there I made sure that this was my absolute maximum. I thought that maybe I had been fooling myself, that I maybe hadn't been cautious enough of erection level when measuring, or that I maybe had been pushing the end of the ruler farther and farther into the bone, if that's possible. So even when 110% erect, pushing the end of the ruler as hard as I could, I wouldn't get past 9"3/16 at the time: long story short, I made sure that any new measurement over 9"3/16 would be actual gains.

                          And I'm now a solid 9"1/4

                          I think I have finally perfected my routine. For the last week or so I have been doing alternating Lock Stretches and Shock Stretches, straight forward, with the occasional Power Shake thrown in (see post #17 on page 2 for definitions). Also I still do alternating kegels and reverse kegels whenever I think about it, and especially when trying to achieve max erection, I don't think I mentioned it before but I was already doing it. And no jelqing at all anymore.
