    Day 63 (18 September 2013)
    Alright yesterday ( 62nd day of PE, 17 September 2013) was my first day back on my PE routine. I am doing the very latest routine that includes the changes I made before, however I made another slight tweak in the routine.

    I changed from using a hot towel for warming up to a rice sock and there was one hell of a difference! I only had to heat up the rice sock twice for the 15 minute warm up I did as opposed to having to re-heat the towel every minute or two. Best change in the routine so far!

    Notes: I don't recall this happening to me before, but I started to get hard from the stretching. I don't recall having this happen and it makes me ponder if that means that my EQ (Erection Quality) is going up. Only time will tell that's all I've got to say.

    I decided to measure myself in the morning and see if I lost any gains from my 2+week hiatus of PE.

    Current measurements:
    BPEL: 18 cm (7.08 in)
    NBPEL: 16 cm (6.29 in)
    MSEG: 13.5 cm (5.31 in)

    My main goals of PE is to both increase size of length and girth but to also cure my ED so I am probably going to make a day tracker in my log dedicated to my efforts to beat my ED.

    Today I forgot to put away time to do my PE workout. Since I have started college already I need to set up a usual time I will be able to do my PE workout.

      Day 64 (19 September 2013)

      I complete my routine without problem and the only thing I notice is that unlike before I start to get hard during the stretches. I think it might be because of the rice sock doing a much better job warming my ligs and everything.

      Day 65 (20 September 2013)

      I should have done my workout in the morning since I went to work at 5 PM and came back home dog tired a little past 11 PM. All I can say is that being a dishwasher is not a fun job at all.

          Day 69 (24 September 2013)

          Today was rather garbage, I must say. I had problems keeping the right erection level and I kept having trouble jelqing. The skin from my scrotum was riding up as I did my jelqing. The session lasted longer than I wanted and y the end of the it I was feeling rather bad. I felt bad because of the trouble caused by the scrotal skin riding up as I tried to jelq. I read up on some threads and I am going to try and keep my ball skin from riding up by applying a hair tie to my balls when I jelq.

          I decided not to measure myself today because of my PE session I had.

            Everything seemed to be a lot better than yesterday. A little difficulty here and there but nothing compared to like yesterday.

            Notes: I decided that I am not going to measure myself until the 90th day and see if I gained because I don't want to be unmotivated by measuring too much.

              Today went rather well. I am sticking to the routine and I had some trouble with becoming too erect with my jelqs at the very beginning of the exercises. It felt like I was doing week 1 of JP90 all over again. I am not sure what the cause of it but it was rather amusing on my part. I masturbated after my jelqing was done. I don't have any reason except that I was in the mood even though I've been trying to get myself to abstain from masturbation as much as possible while I continue to be porn free.

                Failed to do exercise. I lost track of time and by the time I could do it I was too tired to commit to doing it.

                Failed to do exercise again. I didn't have the appropriate time window to do my exercise.

                Notes: I think I should focus on doing my exercises in the early morning or something because i seem to be getting bad luck with unexpected plans in my life blocking me from doing my PE exercises.

                  Failed to do exercise. I can't remember the reason, but most likely because I didn't have enough time.

                  Day 79 to Day 82 (2 October 2013 to 5 October 2013)

                  Exercises went fairly well. I am starting to get in more of the habit of doing the exercises like a routine.

                  I was actually surprised to have gathered enough time of my own to do the exercise since I thought I would be rather busy on my birthday (19 years old Woohoo! ) but plans got cut short and got an extra hour or two to my advantage. The workout went really well. After a few days I've grown used to doing the jelqs while sitting. I am not sure if standing is better but I am sure. My unit feels larger but I haven't measured myself in a while since I plan on measuring on the last day of JP90.

                  Notes: I use a hair tie on my scrotum to not allow any skin to be dragged up while jelqing and then forming a Turkey neck. The tie can be real bothersome as it clamps down on my scrotum skin with fairly strong restrictive force. After a session it is common to find a red ring lining the area that was bound up. After a half an hour the red lining is gone and it sometimes worry me slightly that I shouldn't use the hair tie even though it does the absolute best job than all the other things I've used to hold my scrotum skin down. I've also gotten into doing Reverse Erect Skin Stretches to also combat any future turkey neck.

                  Things seem to be looking quite good as of right now. I'll be sure to keep myself up to date with my progress log so I don't end up creating a lengthy post categorizing days that had already passed.

                    Day 86 (9 October 2013)

                    The warm up and stretches went well. The jelqing part of the exercise is another story. I don't know whether it was that my mind was in a fog as my physical energy and mental energy was drained quite a bit, but the performance of my exercise was not great.

                    This afternoon I decided that I'd go on a 3 mile run but when I was running I decided to turn it into my longest run ever which was 7.5 miles, beating my previous long distance run by 1.5 miles. Needless to say I was very tired. I had a real tough time keeping my erection up at the time of the jelqing and it just made me feel as though the session wasn't that great.

                    I made talk about me having ED and how I was recently quitting porn and masturbation a couple of weeks ago, but I failed and today I am restarting the commitment to doing it again. It is real tough giving up stuff that you've used for years but when it comes to hampering with my health, the habit must stop. So starting tomorrow (since I am posting this late at night where I live) I'll restart this anti-porn and masturbation routine I did a couple of weeks ago.

                      Day 87 (10 October 2013)

                      Pre-workout notes: Felt definite turtling happening throughout today and it got me slightly worried. I measured my flaccid size and it was half an inch less than it usually is. I believe I overworked myself last night. I was using a rather tight grip and lost count of reps on the jelqs and most likely did too many with the tight grip. So this next workout I went with a light grip and kept track with the reps.

                      Workout notes: The workout went great. Warm up was superb like usual. My entire cock felt nice and hot. The rice sock is awesome! Stretches seem to be the most boring part of the routine.

                      Jelqing went great as well. I was able to hold an erection in a decent erection level. Quite a few times I had too stop because I was getting too aroused and then I would get back to it.

                      Warm downs feel great just like they do when starting a PE workout.

                      I don't know why but I decided to put some lotion on my dick to keep them moisturized. I guess I am a little weird.

                      Notes about log: I know many people here that update their logs post the exercise that they did every time but for me I don't. I am sorry if I may seem lazy but I don't feel like repeating blocks of text that are the same workout as the days before with no change in the reps. I'll post logs with my routine when I make a change.

                        Day 88 (11 October 2013)

                        Notes before workout:

                        I woke up at 4 AM for no apparent reason with an early morning wood. I was kind of surprised that when I woke up once again I had a morning wood just like before in succession. Sometimes I would get a somewhat decent erection in the morning but these were harder than normal morning erections.

                        Throughout the morning I had a really good hang, longer than usual. I got curious and decided to measure myself. I was sporting a near 4.5" flaccid throughout the day which is usually a dead on 4" flaccid. It felt awesome!

                        Workout notes: Simple workout just like the rest.

                        Workout:
                        10 to 15 minute warm up with rice sock.
                        Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels, and flaccid bends.
                        155 wet jelqs (55 jelqs per set) & 105 V-jelqs (35 jelqs per set)
                        Finished with 10 to 15 minute warm down with rice sock

                        Post workout notes: I should have planned to do my workout at a better time. I was almost interrupted in the middle of the session by family and boy that would have been bad if they saw me with my dick in a hand and a dumb look on my face. Anyways, everything went smooth besides the potential interruption. I'll plan more accordingly next time.

                        Almost done with the 90 days I am pretty excited to see where I am at!

                          Final JP90 workout for round 1
                          Day 89 (12 October 2013)

                          Notes before workout: Ever since starting my reboot (no masturbation and porn) 2 days ago I already feel the effects of the addiction of the dopamine rush. It is a hard thing to kick and I am doing it for the betterment of myself sexually and physically for my cock. I am going to see it through this time unlike the time before.

                          Workout notes: Stretches were fine. Maintaining erection levels for jelqing was harder than before, but I managed.

                          Workout:
                          10 to 15 minute warm up with rice sock.
                          Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels, and flaccid bends.
                          155 wet jelqs (55 jelqs per set) & 105 V-jelqs (35 jelqs per set)
                          Finished with 10 to 15 minute warm down with rice sock

                          Today marks day 89 out of 90 of the JP90 routine. I took a few weeks break in the middle of the 90 days so that may have botched some potential gains but I am overall happy that I finished strong.

                          Tomorrow I'll measure and post them to my log as soon as I can. It will be a surprise to me to see if I have gotten any bigger. If not I will not lie, I will be a little disappointed, but I will not be too discouraged. I'll keep doing PE until I get those big gains!

                            First round complete!
                            Day 90 (13 October 2013)

                            I measured myself twice today at two different times to see any discrepancies on the measurements. I wasn't very happy with what I saw when I measured but oh well. I'll just hope for the best that some more gains will appear.

                            Out of all the 90 days I had a 5 on 2 off routine equaling around 65 days of exercises. I counted 40 out of the 65 days that I had followed through with the exercises. Which is just over 60% of the days that I should have done. I think that if I had followed through with a much higher percentage of days completed I would have had better results. Ah, but I digress. I came to post about measurements, didn't I?

                            Day 1 measurement (taken on 16 July 2013):
                            BPEL: 6.75 inch
                            NBPEL: 6.1 inch
                            MSEG: 5.25 inch

                            Day 90 measurement (13 October 2013)
                            BPEL: 18.1 cm (7.12 inch)

                            I am going to look around the forum to see about changing my routine around and go for another round of 90 days but this time I will be more diligent to doing these exercises without fail.

                              Notes about the next ongoing 90 days: I plan on making a bit of a change in a few weeks or maybe earlier. I've been thinking of changing some of the jelqs with ultimate jelqs or switch around the stretches with other kinds. I've also thought of adding a few ULIs or some other exercise to attack some girth gains, but so far I am sticking with what I am doing right now.

                              Workout:
                              10 to 15 minute warm up with rice sock.
                              Stretches were helicopter shakes, thigh stretches w/kegels, and flaccid bends.
                              155 wet jelqs (55 jelqs per set) & 105 V-jelqs (35 jelqs per set)

                              After workout notes: I was watching a television show while performing my jelq sets but to my surprise lost count as to which set I was on. I think I did the right amount of jelq sets but I did a little bit more if that is the case. If it isn't and I did less than so be it. I at least did the exercise before I went to bed.

                                Workout:

                                Notes after workout: Felt a slight aching feeling in my left testicle after awhile. It resembled a very light dull pain just above the testicle.

                                Day 3 (17 October 2013)
                                Pre-workout notes: The achy feeling in my left testicle was persistent around afternoon time. I took a dose of Ibuprofen and went on with the rest of my day feeling the same dull pain I had. I knew there was something different about me in the morning and I checked myself out and felt an oddly bulged area. After researching the area that I felt the bulge I came to a more solid opinion that my left vas deferens was the thing that felt swollen. The vas deferens is the duct that leads to seminal vesicles. I have a general idea as to what might have caused this but it leaves me with a question mark over my head.

                                I have used for the past two to three weeks a hair tie around my scrotum to prevent the skin from my scrotum to ride up my shaft when I jelq with both hands. It just feels weird that this suddenly happens when it didn't happen after the first few times I used it. Could jelqing to hard be the cause of it? I don't know but it has me kind of worried a little. I'll look around the forum to see any similar situations and if I don't I will post a thread and get some answers from some helpful members.

                                Post-workout notes: I felt a small amount of the swelling to die down and decided to use the hair tie again on my scrotum upon the justification that the hair tie wasn't the cause of the problem. All I can say is that if the swelling and pain gets worse I will stop using the hair tie around my scrotum and find a better option for myself.

                                I am going to pray to the PE gods that something bad didn't happen. I will be devastated if it were what I hope it not to be. I've been very good at being committed to my PE routine.
