I've been following an extending routine for the past 12 weeks. I'll be following the routine for another 6 months, so 9 in total. I'll be updating this thread as I progress.
My starting stats are as follows:
07/10/14 - BPEL 6.5" / MSEG 5.5" / BEG 5.38"
As of 29/01/15 I am BPEL 7" / MSEG 5.5" / BEG 5.38" (411 extender hours in total)
As you can see I've gained +0.5" in EL so far but nothing girth-wise. I was not expecting any increase in girth, however, I'm just recording it as the manufacturer of the extender advertises an increase of up to 1.5cm(0.6") in girth. I did not and still don't believe any increase of girth will happen but we'll see after another 6 months. I've also gained 1.2-1.5cm in BPFSL too.
History
The first thing to mention is that I underwent ligamentolysis in 2012, my report on the operation can be found on the PhalloBoards forum. The only gains I received were flaccid, not at all unusual. I was supposed to use my extender afterwards, but did not due to how uncomfortable it was (noose strap) as I am uncircumcised. I was unaware that there were different attachments available. How do I think the Ligamentolysis plays in my extender routine? I'm not sure. If someone were to ask me if my ligaments could have reattached I honestly wouldn't know the answer as like I said, I didn't do much post-op extending to prevent such. All I know is that it's been 3 years since I had the operation. Much later on I discovered and bought the VacExtender mod for my extender and in October of 2014 I decided to follow the 'Special Method' routine apparently designed by the extender manufacturer and a urologist (not so sure if I believe that).
The Routine
Basically the routine compromises time worn for a quicker increase of tension over time. So you'd start stretching 4cm below your NBPEL, go through a fifteen day 'Adaptation period' - adding 1cm - and then a 60 day 'Evolution Period' that sees you add 0.5cm every 3 days. So in 60 days you would have gone from stretching a few centimetres below your NBPEL to 6cm over it. It's intense to say the least. Like an idiot I also started 2cm below my NBPEL instead of 4cm below, because I couldn't feel any tension, so I thought I'd add 2cm of more rods. Not a smart move and I suffered the consequences.
I've injured myself twice on this routine, receiving discolouration on the glans, that's now largely cleared up, and also prolonged desensitisation of the glans, which was much more worrying. I have recouped much of the lost sensation, but not ALL. I wouldn't really recommend the routine as it is truly intense and you're more likely to injure yourself than following a much steadier routine with more hours wear a day with lower tension. The extender manufacturer, which I won't name, had a forum and many men on that forum tried the 'Special Method' and failed. The admin of that forum was one of the most unprofessional, idiotic and dangerous people I've ever come across in the PE community, frequently giving thoughtless and often contradictory 'advice'. The forum has since been shut down, but that's another story.
The Warm-up
My warm-up isn't too complex, I stand infront of a small electric heater and do:
15 seconds of windmills
30 very gentle dry jelqs on a flaccid penis
15 seconds of windmills again
After this I kegel and then quickly apply pressure with two fingers between the scrotum and anus and then do 9 moderate pulls of the penis outwards, then left, downwards and then right (first part of the 'Oriental massage' warm up)
Then I put on the device and apply a heated bag of cherry stones around my extender, whilst I'm in it of course, to make the penis more malleable. I then remove the heated bag of cherry stones after 20-30 minutes so the penis can cool down in a stretched state.
I wear the device for an hour. I had to work up to that of course. I try to do atleast 4 hours a day, 5 if I can and 6 if my penis is feeling like Rambo on that day.
Progress Pictures
I've linked to a picture of my progress below, it originally included progress photos of my MSEG and BEG but the file size of PEGYM wasn't big enough so I had to size the picture down considerably. I will update the picture on the 6th and 9th month. This is the link to the first 3 month progress picture.
