Also, you may want to stick to manual stretches too, I may have made some gains but I'm not sure at what cost yet. I'm not satisfied with the amount of glans sensitivity I currently have and I think this is due to the intense routine I'm following.
Even though I've made some good gains and would love to continue the routine I will instead take an indefinite break from extending to allow the nerve-endings to hopefully repair themselves.My Extending Journey

Good luck KFH! It is my belief that you will be fine if you leave yourself to heal! It may be since you have gained, that your nerves just have to catch up to the rest of the cells that have grown. Maybe apply gentle heat now and then, it may aid with blood flow and in turn recovery!

I am abit disheartened that I have to interrupt such progress but what is the worth of added length if you cannot use it or enjoy it
I'm staying positive though, a month or so should hopefully see some improvement and then I might resume the routine with abit less tension than when I left off and break those hour-long sessions into 30 minute sessions

Thank you KFH. Actually I asked that question because I am kind of worried about the routine I'm following right now. I do not want to spend time doing the wrong things, so I keep asking people for advice based on my feeling after each day's workout. So basically, after each stretching session, I could feel my penis becomes kind of hot, which I feel by hands. What I do know is that if you finished your routine and your penis was cold, that would not be a great sign as it indicates that there has been a period of poor circulation. So if your penis is warm after each stretching session (and is not heat leftover from your warmup) I'm confident that suggests that your penis is full of freshly circulated blood, which is a good thing. I'm not sure having a hot penis after manual stretching necessarily indicates that you've had a good workout, but it is a good sign that your penis has and is not being starved of blood and oxygen whilst under those short sessions of trauma.Originally posted by FlyingPotato View PostThank you KFH. Just thought I'd update this thread with a discovery I made today. The extender I use (Andropenis) claims the springs in their extender are 1,500 grams when fully compressed. Today I tested the springs on a kitchen weighing scale to see that they're actually equivalent to 2,500 grams when fully compressed, excluding the weight of the extender.
I was FULLY compressing the springs before I took time to recover from desensitised and discoloured glans over a week ago. So when I thought I was stretching at a traction force of 1,500 grams, it was actually atleast 2,500 grams, excluding the added traction force apparent before the springs compress.
I'm honestly quite annoyed at AndroPenis mislabelling their springs as 1,500 grams. No doubt many other men were fully compressing the springs thinking that they were stretching at 1,500 grams (fairly high tension for an extender) when they were actually stretching at 2,500 grams (extremely high tension for an extender).

I've had a pretty bad fortnight, two different extending incidents have pushed back my extending dramatically as I've had to take a long recovery breaks for both. I'll have my fourth month report posted in two weeks. I doubt there'll be much progress this month though because of the amount of rest periods punctuating what should be continuous extending

22.06.2015: BPEL 7.6 x 5.30 MSEG(not cemented)
After a long break:
01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG

MB from Autoextender kindly included a 'Constriction Sleeve' when I ordered a new cylinder. I applied the 'Constriction Sleeve' and wore the extender for 7 hours, the most I've ever worn it in one day. The next day I woke up very early planning another long day of extender, with bleary eyes I applied the sleeve but forgot to put some 'Anti Fluid Tape' over my glans. My timer went off on my phone an hour later and when I took off the sleeve my glans was deformed and discoloured. After afew days of recovery I applied the sleeve again but remembering to apply tape over my glans. When the timer went off my glans was deformed and discoloured again... turns out a small bubble of air was left in the sleeve when I rolled it down and the vacuum forced my glans to fill that gap. Took afew more days off to recover from that injury. After that I stopped using the sleeve, it wasn't worth it. I applied the extender how I normally apply it but after four hours my glans were discoloured and looking abit bruised meaning that I didn't give myself enough time to recover from the last injury so I took a further 3 days rest.Originally posted by mannakonda View PostIncidents...what happened?

I've updated post #5 to include my hours log for the fourth month on the 1st page.
Measurements are in for the fourth month (543 hours of extending in total) and they're not as bad as I'd thought they'd be due to the problems I had this month.
My fourth month gains are +0.06" EL (7.06" BPEL), +0.13" MSEG (5.63") and +0.06" BEG (5.42").
I'm still abit shocked that I've gained some girth from extending. I've triple checked and they're accurate. I've been looking back at the older progress photos and in the last two months you can actually see a very gradual change, so gradual that I didn't notice it measuring in inches, but this month I measured my girth in centimeteres as well and those milimetres don't lie (14.3 cm)! This means that I didn't technically gain 0.13" in the fourth month but very, very gradually it has been increasing over the last few months that I've only just noticed.
My goal for this month, the fifth, is not to injure myself so that I am not forced to take time off to recover, because having so many recovery days punctuating the extending really hasn't appeared to help my length gains this month.My Extending Journey

hi
i have bought an andro-penis extender and my EL is 4.2 inches and EG is 4.5 inches
Do you think i can reach 6 inches erect even though it can only stretch the penis up to 1.6 inches as it claims, that means i would be 5.8 inches after i finish using it?
However if i press a ruler on to my skin hard on my belly i suddenly become 4.5 inches erect i think tiny amount of fat covers my full erection length by 0.3cm so is there still a chance to become 6 inches erect?

I've just been looking at the ruler I do all my length measurements with and have noticed that the ruler starts 4mm before 0cm. I'm wearing my extender now at 19.7cm so that means I'm actually wearing it at 20.1cm! Same with my BPEL. Last measurement was just under 18cm (around 7.06") so that means I was actually 18.3cm (around 7.2").
It's not that important but I just thought it was quite funny as I've been using this ruler for years. However, I'm going to keep the measurements as they are, in regards to my progress log, or else it will be confusing!
On the bright side I've come a little bit closer to my goal of 8"BPEL overnight

Fifth month completed. You can find the hour log for the fifth month on the front page (post #6). I wore my extender 169 hours, around 35 more than usual.
Measurements (and gains) for the fifth month are: 7.16" BPEL (+0.1"), 5.63" MSEG (+0) and 5.42" BEG (+0).
The gains I'm getting seem to be gradually diminishing as the months go on, I don't think I'll be seeing gains of 0.2" in a month again, like I did the first month
. I'll be aiming to get 150 hours over the next thirty days, hopefully uninterrupted and with hopefully another +0.1".
