  • Some Advice On My Routine

    Hi guys, I just joined the gym today and was hoping to get some feedback on the routine I have going. Its a slight variation of the JP90. I am not a complete newbe to P.E I started about 3 years ago and have been on and off throughout the years. The longest doing it probably around the 4 week mark. However I have 4 months of piece to really make a go of this before uni starts back so am in this for the long haul now .

    So my routine is as follows:

    Warm Up: Hold shower head on penis for 15 min as warm as I can take it.

    Stretches:

    • Left and right circle stretches, 5 in each direction. Full rotation takes about 13 seconds.
    • Then straight out, up, down, right, left and mid shaft stretches. I hold these stretches for 15 strong keegals meaning I do a total of 75 good strong keegals per set.
    • I then do circle stretches again, 5 in each direction.
    • To finish off the first set I warm up with the shower head for 30 seconds or so massaging all around that area. I do this 3 times getting in a total of 225 good strong keegals.


    Jelqing:
    100 wet jelqs with about 2 second strokes.
    • This is where things are a little different. I struggle to keep enough blood in my penis during jeqing so I get as much blood in as I can (basically I edge to the PONR and then keegle as hard as I can) this gets in as much blood as possible. I then make a tight (but not painful) OK grip at the base to keep the blood in and hold that until me erection starts to subside a little. As it starts to subside the pressure builds up (which feels great) and my penis gets really fat.
    • Once I reach around 80 - 90% erection I then start to jelq, alternating hands and making sure to keep the OK grip at the base to keep the blood in. I can get around 25 of these before I stop feeling the pressure in my head and glands as I push the blood in. So at that point I stop, get as big erection I can again and repeat for another 25. The first 10 - 12 of these are the most intense then the pressure starts to subside. I also Keegal on every rep as I switch hands!!


    VJelqs:
    40 wet VJelqs about 2 second strokes.
    • For these I do exactly what I mentioned above for jeqing except this time I do VJelqs. I get as much blood in as I can (get to the PONR then keegle). And I make sure I have my OK grip at the base to keep the blood in. I absolutely love these I feel a good build up of pressure in my head and glands and can really feel the expansion. I do 20 of these per set and again keegal on every rep.


    BathMate: I then use my Bathmate for 15 min. I will go in it as erect as possible for 5 min (I usually get to 80 - 90% erect by the time I pump it to full pressure). After 5 minuets I take it off, massage all the blood out my penis and warm up with the shower head for a minuet or so (just some heat therapy). I then enter it again for another 10 min, again going in as erect as I can. The Bathmate really makes P.E'ing fun for me.

    Warm Down: Finally after about an hour and a half workout I warm down.

    I also have some questions about
    1. Supplements and
    2. Working on girth and length at the same time.


    Was wondering where the best place to ask about these were? For the length and girth question...basically I read on another thread that it was really bad for you to work on length and girth at the same time. It said that when you work on girth it strengthens the tunic which can be, and I quote "detrimental to length gains". So my question is are the Jelqs, VJelqs (the way I am doing them), and Bathmate primarily for girth? Basically am I hindering my gains the way I am working out?

      Looks good, I don't pump so I can't advise there but the manual routine is good.
      If you are doing kegels, include reverse kegels into your routine aswel. Pelvic floor stretches also so as not to develop tension.

        That is one long warm up, I guess that's fine and will aid in avoiding injury. I don't even do warmups and I still see very fast gains.
        Gains so far: +2 BPEL and +1.2 EG !
