    Your girlfriend sucks.
    Break up with her.
If she truly loved you she would never have said any of those things.
    Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
    Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

I know I'm late here, but I have been on the road you are on. My current wife slept with an 8 incher before we got married (while we were dating) She could have chose him, but she stayed with me. I still have some bouts of insecurity , but even with my average sized penis, I got the girl in the end.

I have seen so many of these threads about an ex being bigger in my time here and yet I am still confounded as to why this continues to be such an issue and for so many male members. I know that "insecurity" is the most commonly cited reason but what specifically is the root cause of the insecurity? Perhaps if we could understand the root of the insecurity, the issue could be eliminated once and for all.

So if I may ask, what is it about a woman having a larger ex that concerns some men? What are they worried about exactly?

I will respectfully disagree. I have experienced my husband size changes with him and bigger is NOT always better.

LOL I know, I was being sarcastic but it's what most men seem to think.

So much of a man's identity is tied into sexual prowess and we do preoccupy ourselves with size. Freud probably was right on there. We live in a culture where it seems as size matters to women. Whether true or not that's the perception and perception is reality. This is why I say that there are questions we shouldn't ask in a relationship because the answer will bother us.

I think it is about the aspect of competition. They want to outperform any previous partners and quite a few men think that bigger is better, so they assume that if they are smaller than a previous lover then they will think that their sex life isn't going to be up to par as she/he had in the past. Even though that there was a problem with the relationship before and broke up and that they should keep in mind that bigger is not always better. There is such a thing as too big. The guy should be happy that she/he is with him now.

It is a question that men shouldn't be asking their significant other because she can give an answer that they don't like. Even if you are insecure about your abilities to perform in bed with her/him.

Don't ask questions you don't want answers to.

The real question is why do these guys get told by their girl friends that they have been with bigger guys???? Never in my life has a women brought up some other guy who was bigger then me??? I'm pretty big so maybe I was the big guy??? LOL> But really are these guys just asking how big their girl friends ex's were? That just hits me strange. I wouldn't ask because I don't care.

                        • Okay so the assumption that "bigger is better" is also an assumption that a bigger ex was, by the sheer size of his penis, a better lover? Does this mean that there is also an assumption that he was more virile and therefore a better man as a whole?

Yes. They have been asked by their boyfriends because they are most likely insecure. And as for them saying out to their current boyfriends that they have been with bigger I don't doubt they've said it but some things can cause them to let that information slip from their mouths, such as being intoxicated. I've heard of a member or two here say that they found out they were smaller by their drunken girlfriend revealing that information. While other people have said that their girlfriends have said it for some other reason. Maybe to belittle them or some other agenda.

                              • It just amazes me how most guys seem to think that their ladies are always out to hurt them with info about an ex being bigger. From my experiences and from what I've read numerous times around here, most girls just don't know about a man's insecurities. They don't ever bring it up because it isn't important to them. Then when asked by their man, they tell them the truth since they aren't aware of their insecurities and also because it makes no difference to them. Why wouldn't they just answer any question truthfully? And isn't it better that they always tell the truth?

If the man isn't strong enough to handle the truth then he shouldn't ask. But I suppose their curiosity gets the better of them and they end up getting hurt. And then instead of taking responsibility for the situation, they take it out on their woman saying she is just a vindictive witch.

Let me ask this question. How is any woman supposed to know how many guys she is gonna sleep with before settling down with you and how is she supposed to know how big any of them will be in comparison to you? Is she supposed to look in her crystal ball as a child and see that you will be the one she truly falls in love with and will have say a seven inch penis? Then is she supposed to also see that she won't meet you until she may be about 25 years old and that she has to either abstain from sex completely until this time or can only sleep with guys that have less than seven inches in their pants?

Yes those questions do sound really stupid don't they? Come on guys, give your SO's a break and worry more about bringing peace and joy into your relationship and not so much about the size of anyone she's been with before.

I can tell you from personal experience that size isn't everything but that's another story.
