One other thing that's worth mentioning - I know poppers have a rep as a 'gay' drug, but there's no reason they shouldn't work equally well in this regard for a woman as for a man, and in fact my girlfriend and I often use them for this purpose. Hmm, well BW seems to know what she's talking about in this area, more than your doctor does, maybe. But there's a very simple, practial argument here, which is that every day millions of men and women take a cock up the arse, but hospitals generally aren't overflowing with people with injured bottoms, are they? If it was as dangerous as all that, injuries would be a lot more common than they are.
Of course there's the STD aspect too, but you can eliminate that (or at least greatly reduce it) by using condoms or only doing it with someone you know for sure to be STD-free - just as with normal sex, of course.
