On the lube, we just use Astroglide. Great stuff. We have, in the beginning, tried the lube with lidocaine in it. It does help with initial penetration and even to help relax me better. I wouldn't suggest you use the lidocaine one for anything other than that(that's my own personal opinion on it). It tends to numb everything, and that's not such a great thing, especially in the beginning and you and your hubby really need to communicate during the act to make sure you're comfortable and the experience will be pleasurable for you. Ivor, yes I agree. It's an overall different feeling than just regular vaginal sex. It's really hard to explain all the great sensations I feel after we get going, but when we have anal, my whole body lights up on fire, my body's very sensitive, and I quite often am the one who suggests it.

Yep, I guess it's a related physical sensation because after all, the rectum and vagina are what, probably less an inch apart? But a very different 'feel', psychologically, because it's such a 'wrong' and 'wicked' thing to do. I think probably most women, even out of those that like anal, wouldn't feel comfortable doing it in the context of a casual hook-up. The level of trust and intimacy involved makes it something that's best reserved for someone you really love.

Just measured a standard 30cl beer bottle - 19cm or 7.5" round, and that's perfectly circular. A dick with that girth would probably look bigger from the top, since they're usually wider than they are deep.
