I plan to bike again, going to do biceps and the shoulder press machine. try to get some ab workout in. hopefully i can do some bench presses too. I want my pecs to come in strong. I have always been able to flex them, Hopefully I'll be cut enough to see them separately. Bouncing around in weight 230-235. I don't know if it's fat or muscle i'm losing LoL!

Did a 15 minute Pneumatic Session today. Seal is getting better. I use water to wet my pubic region and wet the flange of the cylinder. Then pump a good few times to get a seal then pump up to the desired pressure and leave it. Definitely got some turtling happening later in the day. so i think I went a little too long. Going to definitely be careful of that. I was a good thickness after the fact though. 5 3/8" when I pulled it tight
