learning all kinds of new and offensive slangs from my Irish friend LOL!

Hit the gym, so I'm feeling all kinds of wonderful right now. I stepped out of my comfort zone and took a shower in the gym... Of course it's not a big deal being that I was the only one in there... Apparently friday nights at 3am, people aren't working out... or they're getting an all together different kind of exercise LOL!

I just went into the bike set with the intent to finish. I didn't care where I landed on the time scale. I'm so out of practice that i was sure if i broke 6 miles I'd be in a world of glee. I hit 6.35 miles at exactly 30 minutes lol. oh well, I'm way down from my best of 7.7 something. but the fact of the matter is that I actually went and did it, that counts for something I guess!

I've been maintaining a constant 226-228lbs. Trying not to teeter over that 230lbs mark... I feel horrible every time I even venture close to 230lbs. I feel like i've lost my grip. I'm not letting it get me! NOOOOOOOOO

I've increased my weights, so I'm at 30lbs for curls (i know i know, I'm weak, but I'm working on getting stronger) I'll get to 35lbs, for curls, ... I can't imagine curling more than that.

That's just too muscular, in my frame of mind for what I want to look like. I don't need to be that strong,

Anyhoo, I probably didn't do anything but negate this huge cheesesteak I ate today, but whatever... as long as it doesn't count against me, I'm okay with it!

Got soap in my eye because I was rushing to shower so my eye itches... I'm taking it down (going to sleep) now Tired tired tired... and feeling great feeling good... feeling good feeling great.
