Hit the gym tonight. It's been a long time coming. (actually it's only been a day) I took a night off from the Gym so I'm Tripping bawls. I need to get back in there!!! I'm smiling hard as hell right now thinking about it! I can't wait!

I looked in the mirror today with a Tshirt on and actually looked a bit more "slender" but it could just be my glasses playing tricks on me, LOL!

Anyway, I'm excited because I'm still making progressssssS!!!!! I will update tonight with my sets and stuff...

I figure if I write, I'll have to hold myself accountable for my progress, LOL!


UPDATE:

Epic fricking NGUYEN at the Gym! Set my alarm for 2:30 Woke up at 2:29:55 and then the church bells went off so I wasn't alarmed. Still a bit tired.

I Got up and got out to the Gym to surprisingly find the parking lot COMPLETELY empty, except for the lonely BMW 750Li of the guy that works there.

I was WIRED! I got in chirped in, Got on the bike and Pedaled my little heart out! It was fantastic. I was making GREAT progress right up until I checked my instant speed... then hit wrong button and accidentally paused... THEN RESET my trip/time computer! Why even put that button so closeto the cycle info button, LOL! GRRRRR I was making great progress, halfway through the toughest section with over 5 miles on the clock. I had enough time left to actually hit 7+ miles today! I just went to manual mode and turned up the resistance to mimic the pinnacle section. for about a minute or two. but it wasn't as "fun" so I stopped with about 7 minutes to go. Slightly annoyed but really happy that my Stamina is picking up, i went on my way to the Completely empty and quiet Weight room!!!

SOOOO QUIET! (except for the 90s alternative rock playing) It was wonderful! Pushed Up an unspotted max (conservative) on the actual benchpress. Pretty damn good because it's gone up! I need to check but I'm almost sure that I weigh less in a pushup than that bar felt LOL! GOOD stuff.

Then I went to a machine I haven't used in a while... the butterfly! felt really good to get my chest and pecs worked out did 3 sets completely and was able to go all the way through. I might need to reduce my weights for my curls because I can't get through the whole three sets. I'm not strong enough I guess. I've hit a pretty sharp plateau on my curls. I can't seem to push past this weight limit.

After all that I did the reverse hammer press machine vertical pull down... 3 sets 10/8/6, and I can honestly say, I got the "soft wave" feeling from that exercise, almost. It was similar, but not as pronounced. It felt really good. Did some back rows, too (not lines, you idjit) 10/8/6 of rows. Killed it too fast, guess i need to up my weight on that exercise. I saw the squat machine but I was apprehensive about trying it. My knees haven't been that great lately. Instead of that, I ran up the side strip they have and hopped the median 3-4 times each time. like running and jumping over the median into the weight area. then back into the side strip. did about 4 laps. The change in direction I could really feel in my knees. I gotta do something about this weight, I shouldn't have bad knees at my age. But at the same time, i used to run 3 miles a day 4 days a week for 3 months. That, i'm sure, took a toll on my cartilage.

All in all, I had the gym COMPLETELY to myself, and had carte blanche doing whatever I wanted. Weights were easily found. It was nice Got out the shower I guess about 40 minutes ago, and I'm getting ready to pass straight, the fonk, out!
