I may as well take advantage of waking up so early! Went to the Gym! though it was kinda packed, not really. Everybody was minding their own business.

I got to go deep into my mind and there was nothing to work through, so I ended up going back to where I used to be, imagining myself pedaling up a steep road, that's a Tree Tunnel road with a group of bikes Tour De France kinda thing. Getting to the steep part I usually feel like this is my chance to catch up so I push myself harder, seeing myself pass all the people that blew by me in the beginning... trying to catch the last 3 people. Takes the better part of the last few minutes of the program to "catch them" and then when the whole thing levels off (the last stretch of the program) I go as fast as I Possibly can.

Imagining this helps me push further. and I hit 6.70 up hill miles in 30 minutes! going up! ended up doing 7.38 miles before my heartrate got back under control. It was able to get up to 180 exactly I don't know if I ever went over 180 but i know that was my max heartrate before... i could get really close to it, but never over it. Even when my legs were tired, earlier, my heartrate was pretty low! (getting more fit?) it was arond 145-155 and I was kinda tired, pushing pretty hard. when I pushed it up even further, it would get up to 160-165, but that was it until i hit the pinnacle portion

Oh well, I'm happy I'm still progressing!

Did some butterflies and curls in the gym. did 10 with a higher weight and decided to go to a lower weight to make sure I didn't blow my arms out. Did 8 with the lower weight (though the weights were spread out all over the gym/hard to find). it would be so much better to have a partner in the Gym, so that I can remember everything I need to hit. I sometimes feel like I'm not spending enough time there, but at the same time, I'm also not trying to get huge. I just want big arms and shoulders and chest and abs. I don't wear shorts often so it's not like I'm going to be focused intently on my legs, BUT at the same time I do uphill biking... that's gotta count for something!

Anyway, Tuesday is Thursday and Friday is Monday (everything is everything). I'm losing my thought process now, so I'll go ahead and wrap it up here. "swirly finger" LOL!
