Ok so my PE journey starts here....
I do have a set routine that I will be sticking to for a month or two depending on how I feel but this week I have just been easing my penis into a few exercises before I start properly on monday...
Every time I use the toilet I perform one minutes of JAI's - this will continue throughout my regime and will just become part of going to the toilet for me...
So, this week I have just took it very easy but my routine for the next 2 months will be:-
* I warm up by taking a bath and soak for maybe 10 mins or more...dependant on time. If I get home from work I'll improvise a bit by using a hot water bottle placed on my groin area for 10 mins - this worked great for me the other night by the way
* Stretch - Straight out, straight down, straight up, left, right. I do every direction twice - 30 secs on / 10 secs off (works out at 6mins 40secs)
* Jelq for 10 mins trying to keeping the strokes bewteen 3-5 secs
* Kegel 200 times
This will be what i stick to for the time being, if I feel my penis could maybe handle longer in any phase of the regime then I will increase this very slowly and only when the time is right
Haven't taken any measurements just yet but will do tonight and get them posted up - roughly 6x5 but i'll get a more accurate measurement.
Last night was the first time in two weeks that me and my girlfriend had sex...I have been doing light exercises during this time and prior to us having sex I had been doing a few kegels...it was spontaneous so wasn't expecting it...anyway, when I entered her she actually said "wow...that feels massive" - don't get me wrong guys I'm by no means trying to say that in two weeks i've got gains because I haven't really but what I do notice is that my penis just generally feels healthier, appears to have more weight to it due to the blood obviously so so far so good.
