Ok,
regime started and it's day 3. I'll be operating going 2 on 1 off...as follows
10 min warm up - taken in bath, whilst in the bath I do 100 kegels after being in after 5 mins so I'm nice and loose
6.40 stretch - 30 secs on 10 off, straight out, down, up, left, right - so twice in each direction.
helicopter shakes 2 x 20 secs
10 min jelq - between 3/5 sec strokes.
Finish off with 100 kegels
