This week so far I've trained around work...nights all week so body clock is upside down..PE'd Tuesday/Wednesday/ Thursday - going to take a rest day today.
Despite it being a rest day I'll JAI after every visit to the loo and smash out a few kegels - 200. These are the only excercises I'll do on rest days.
Looking forward to my PE session tomorrow, my penis generally has a fuller feel to it and kegels have improved..along with EQ
