Does anyone have real facts about vig rx plus...its advertised as one of the best enlargment supplement being sold. Has anyone taken this as suggested and are the gains of 2-4" a reality? What Enlargment suppliments are recommended for maximum gains in length and girth?

I dont have a computer so Im trying to find a good solid beginers workout. Ive been doing something called the ultimate jelq and jelq and hold excersises for 60days with a 1day p.e. and 1day rest and continue this pattern throughout the week. I also do kegals . Im 35 and have had a vasectomy, since the operation 8 years ago my semen volume and ability to shoot has dramatically decreased. Im in good health and workout often. I have noticed since ive started jelqing and kegals that when i ejaculate i can squeeze the pelvic floor muscle or prostate right before i lose it for as long as i can, it doesnt happen all the time but I have noticed during sex I can shoot rather than dribble out as i did before the p.e and kegals. Any info and suggestions would b greatly appriciated!!

Yeah, i had come across a P.E. app on the droid app market, needless to say it wasnt put together very well. It was the only app I could find so I followed the program as best as i could understand it because it only gave short discriptions on each exercise . Ive been on and off with the routines because of discouragement! Since Ive joined this P.E. community though my determination has returned in a new light. The jelq and hold movement i mentioned is like a regular jelq except when u get close to the head u hold a clamping squeeze for 10 sec. And reapeat this for 5-10 min. as a beginners routine. Supposedly it helps with girth and expanding the glans. Has anyone done these for a thicker head?
