Shortly after I got into a PE routine I decided to get into a physical training(PT) routine and mention it in my log for motivation, since I have never really been active enough, or in shape, IMO. Those exercise details won't be incorporated in this log. I also originally started my log 2 and 1/2 weeks into my PE journey.
Initiated PE; January 14th, 2013
Jan 14th 2013;
BPEL 6.50" EG 5.00"
Weeks 1&2; PE testings. +.25" in BPEL and +.25" in EG.
Week 3; Rest week due to injuries. +.25" in BPEL.
Weeks 4-11; Length Targeting. +.75" in BPEL.
Weeks 12-?; Girth Targeting.
Current week; 13.
Mar 31st 2013;
BPEL 7.75" EG 5.25"
To start things off I chose JP's 90 day beginner routine, Monday thru Friday, with Saturday and Sunday being rest days.
~Week 1~
- My first week consisted of the Stretches part of the routine, Kegels, and Edging.
~Week 2~
- I added dry OK Jelqs, ULI's, Ballooning, and Reverse Kegels in my routine. I also chose to not ejaculate Monday thru Friday. Saturday morning came and I decided to measure; I gained a 1/4" in BPEL and EG, and boom there went my arousal level through the roof! Edged/Ballooned A LOT throughout the day. Sunday came, and again the same thing. Edged/Ballooned A LOT, so much that I injured my unit. Suffered a numb penis and partial hard flaccid for almost a week. Possibility that I strained my PC Muscle.
~Week 3~
- This week consisted of rest. Well I did light Kegels, Edged/Ballooned, and masturbated a few times. At the end of this week I decided to measure, and had another 1/4" gain in BPEL! Mind boggled.
~Week 4~ <~~ Click for routine
- I was back in the game healed! I decided to do things right, and light in fear of injuring myself again, in case I wasn't actually 100% healed! I decided to modify JP's 90 day to a much shorter/lighter routine; less time Stretching and Jelqing. Also Edged/Ballooned through out the week and Kegel'd. The weekend arrived and I decided to up my routine since I didn't feel confident that it was indeed being affective.

- I stuck with the new more intense routine, although I measured on Monday and had another 1/4" gain in BPEL. Again, the weekend came and I decided to up the intense of my routine for week 6 lol I also decided to cut pornography out of my life, since I was kind of depended on it to get an erection solo. Not only that, but I have always watched it excessively, and I believe it has really fucked with my dopamine levels.

- At the very beginning of my sixth week I decided to measure, and sure enough no gains. I proceeded through Monday with my new more intense routine like whatever. Nightfall landed upon me and I thought to myself, "WTF am I doing? I gained a 1/4" with week 4's routine and here I am, just making my routine more intense weekly!" That's when I smacked myself up against my face with my dick and concluded to stride back to week 4's routine, for week 6! Also decided to add 5 more minutes for warmup, Firegoat rolls, Turkey Neck Stretches, and make a routine for Kegels and my "Release" days. Simple enough; got to the nitty gritty in week 6! Even got some Super B-Complex and Daily Vitamins to start in week 7. At the end of this week I measured on Sunday night, and realized I reached another 1/4" gain in BPEL! I also dodged porn videos all week!!!! This goes out to another week; WOOT!
~Week 7~ <~~ Click for routine
- I decided to measure in a new way, which set me back a half inch on the ruler, and not my dick. I have a thread on it somewhere here on PEgym. I also decided to not measure every day/week like I've been doing. So instead I'm going to start measuring every two weeks. This week I ordered some L-Arginine. Eh, I caved with quitting porn, but I'm not watching it as much as I used to be, which is good. Edged/Ballooned quite a bit, like usual I guess. Here's to more gains~! and less porn~!
~Week 8~ <~~ Click for routine
- I attempted a DO, and I succeeded! That accomplishment was just as good as gaining another 1/4" in BPEL! Speaking of BPEL gains.. The beginning of this week I decided to ease up a little bit on my routine, as in, I would rather it take me a month to gain a 1/4", than a week or two! At least then I wouldn't have to spend so much time cementing that gain! But to say the least, at the end of this week, I am indeed up another 1/4" in BPEL lol so much for waiting two weeks to measure lmao I also didn't have much success with the not Edging/Ballooning that I had planned. Oh well. or even Releases for that matter. Additionally, I believe I found a new way to do my Manual Stretches, and it is lethal!! Going to test the waters more on that in week 9! Decided to flip my OK Jelq grip so that I can dig down in my fat pad, because my shaft base is looking pretty slim. Cheers~!
~Week 9~ <~~ Click for routine
- Got plenty of Releases this week; every evening. Sometimes once, sometimes twice. Started the L-Arginine. Did my "advanced" Manual Stretch find on my PE days; decided to bounce back from it for awhile. Seems a bit intense, too soon. Decided to quit porn for good. Now it's on to DO's, and eventually MMO's! Not really craving gains lately(which is good), but still PE'ing to cement the ones I have achieved, if not gain more! Started doing ULI's this week while Edging/Ballooning. Going to go back to my normal Jelq grip next week since I feel the ULI's have a great affect on keeping my base girth up to par. I have a feeling quitting porn might stir up my EQ for a bit, but it shall pass within a short time. Shit happens. Here's to recovery~!
~Week 10~ <~~ Click for routine
- I’m no longer on a mission for MMO’s the DO way.. I have been perfectly capable of achieving MMO’s with WO’s before, so fuck it. Plus I don't want to get in the habit of having DO's; I might think it's cool, but my future GF might not! I’m also changing my daily Release schedule to twice a week; before I started Releasing daily I felt more energetic, well that diminished, with Releasing daily. Turning the page back! Still am going to Edge/Balloon every day though, like usual. Get on my level, bro!
~Week 11~ <~~ Click for routine
- Did my usual week this week. Had a difficult time with my release schedule. Seems the only days I didn't get a release was Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday I wasn't even really wanting one, but I decided to get one anyway because it was scheduled, which I think was a no no lol I think next week I'll try sticking to just getting one on Friday. Thursday I really practiced ULI's and got the technique down. Decided to switch things up for the next 2-4 weeks and really start focusing on Girth, and then bounce back to stretches after that time frame.
~Week 12~ <~~ Click for routine
- Focused on Girth this week. Bailed out on PT this week; needed a break from the same old PE non-related routine. Going to jump back into PT next week! Not much else to say really, I can't really think of anything! I suppose I shall include that my Girth is getting larger, especially my CS, which is what I want! Will be measuring at the end of next week to check my stats. Cheers~!

- This week was a rough week for me. I missed PE on Friday, and missed my ULI sessions on multiple days. Just effing tired; getting up 4 hours earlier isn't doing me very well. I also didn't do PT at all.
