Last week I found very difficult to find time so I ended up doing only 3 days, Monday as I posted, I think thursday and Sunday I don't like that I did so little. But readi g the book I found out that being inconsistent is a benefit because your penis doesn't get used to the work out, this week I hope to be more consistent and I'm trying to do 2 days on one off to compensate the lack of workout of last week.

And I'll add one more minute to jelq and 3 more minutes to stretching. I feel bigger and I'm trying to do 10 jai strokes every time I have to use the rest room. I shake my penis then stroke and then shake and so on 10 times. Also I keguel every time I pee and on the bus. Probably more than 10 minutes a day. I hope I'm not over training...
