For whatever reason I ceased doing PE and really just focused on working on eradicating my premature ejaculation. I have made good strides with the premature ejaculation, and I feel it is time to re-introduce my enlargement into my routine.
For about the past month and a half I have been mb and FL working on prolonging the PONR through relaxation techniques. I have found doing a meditative reverse kegel routine daily outside of being stimulated has worked wonders. Now during my "exercises" I no longer have to fight the PONR immediately and can focus on relaxing and enjoying the stimulation. Then when I have decided the session has been successful I pull a number of kegels and begin the orgasm process. I shoot for 20 minutes.
I have been doing FL and MB 3-4 times a week, but I will begin to phase much of it out and sub in some enlargement work, and exercise. I'd like to be down to once a week for the FL and MB.
So, the new routine goes as follows:
-PE almost everyday before I show. This will consist of 5-6 minutes of various jelqs and then a minute or two of stimulation while the shower water warms up. I know this is drastically below what others do, but I don't want to be a slave.
-FL/MB once a week for about 20-30 minutes. Using the FL can sometimes be an ordeal. I don't have the time to do it 3 times a week if I'm going to be doing PE.
-Kegel routine almost daily. I am confident I can re-introduce this at this point. I'll shoot for 10 minutes. The first 7-8 being long holds and the last 3 consisting of hard bursts.
-RK routine daily. This is a deep breathing meditative exercise. I like to do around 30 minutes a day.
Again, for anyone who follows thank you. I feel like this will really help me gain back some lost confidence in the size department, and really amp my performance up in the stamina department.
