Ok so I'm really new to all this and don't know much so any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
I'm starting this program with my current measurements of EL 7" and EG 4.5"
Girth is my main priority since I am below average. I would like to know what routine to get on to get to my goal of 5" girth. I know it will take time but in willing to put In the work if I see progress.
I started just jelqing a month ago and I have notices my erections harder and more visible veins, but no size gains yet. Hoping I could get some pointers. I'm not to worried about length just girth. Glad I found this place. Thank you
