Hey how's it going guys, I'm new here but have been doing a REPEAT of JP90 exercise twice although I've noticed some gains it seems to be at a halt, is there anything more advanced...stretches, maybe doing more jelqs per rep? Thanks

How long have you been doing the JP90 and how many reps of stretching and jelqing.? If you are conditioned enough you could move on to a routine like Big Al's The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

If you have at least 6 months, you van move to hanging and clamping. I hit a plateau after 5 months. I took 2 weeks off then started hanging and clamping. I have seen more gains.Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg
Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg
Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg
