Try leg lifts and deep slow squats
        Starting stats:
        01.08.2013: BPEL 6,3 x 4,3 MSEG
        22.06.2015: BPEL 7.6 x 5.30 MSEG(not cemented)
        After a long break:
        01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG
        16.11.2018: BPEL 7.3 x 5.0-5.1 MSEG BSEG 5.3
Are you struggling to get it up while with a girl? Look up PIED!

The way I've always thought of it is: When doing a kegel imagine you are pulling your penis into your body, reverse kegel your pushing it away.

The movement demonstrated in the video is your basic Kegel exercise. As described in https://www.pegym.com/penis-exercise...rcises-for-men, you can easily find your PC muscle by contracting your muscles while urinating. I also recommend flexing said muscles when erect, so you'll get a better perception of your pelvic floor muscles. Reverse Kegel is a bit different but easy to master once you get the hang of it.

While not the best illustration of the exercise, one could depict the action as trying to "pass gas" and not... at the same time. During this "process", a lot of pressure accumulates in the pelvic floor area and in your lower rectus abdominals. Again, I advise doing this when erect. The effect is ridiculous =)

Then again, what do I know...
                Initial measurement:
                29.12.2015

                BPFL 6.10''

                NBPEL 5.31''
                BPEL 6.10''
                MSEG 4.72''

Do the last workout he does, hindi squats. But try do them more slowly and stop at the bottom for a few seconds.

So in short, squats will bring more benefit than kegels to majority ?

Not sure about that, but squats and leg lifts are easier to do. And some people dont really get so good results from kegeling. I started doing leg lifts 1-2 weeks ago and I have experienced a great effect, a better effect than when I was only kegeling.
