  • erection problem

    I had trouble getting erection after doing routine. The routine I use is JP's workout. Friday was the fifth day of workout and after workout something seemed different. I didn't have fulliness after like normal. Did warm down and I use Fast size extender also after workout for hour on 15 min break and hour on and so on. I had sexual encounter with girlfriend and couldn't get erection and continued in most of the next day but later in evening was able to get a erection. I was just wondering if I over worked my penis and I am also diabetic and take insulin. I take these supplements:L-Arginine 3000mg, Bee Pollen 1150mg, Omega 3 Fish Oil, Centrum Liquid Multi Vitamin, Roaring Tiger Virility plus and Toaring Tiger Max and a lots of water. As one eperienced this or have any suggestions.

    Good PI reading; you DID overwork your penis. It seems that you are really taxing it out, and should take it easier as you are just beginning. Regarding you being a diabetic, I am not quite sure what impact that has on PE. Your supplements are good btw, you should try drinking some green tea as well Welcome and good luck!

      This is a fairly intense beginners routine. The fact that it happened on the fifth day AND you didn't have the fullness (contraction) would seem to imply you were overworked. I had worked up to a 5 day on routine over three months, and I'm rethinking that. I may drop to a 4 day or alternating 3 and 4 day on schedule. If you can't get an erection after a workout or the next day, you need more rest.

        I think Kingpole was diabetic when he had ED. It does cause erection problems. I think my dad has it too.

        Anyway, some people find JP's routine a little too much to handle.

          Yea, my dad has it too. But did kingpole have diabetes type 2, and then get rid of it and theen start PEing? Anybody know?(or if KP himself answered it would be much easier:P)

            I think he started having a lot of Ginkgo Biloba, Green Tea and went on regular walks. It took him some time to cure diabetes. Then he started PEeing, got his erections back and gained like crazy, hence the name KINGpole.

              I been doing PE for two weeks before I started JP routine and it was second week of Jp routine I usually go two days on, one off day then two days on and two days off. I did encorporate sit and stand stretch and mini Jelq usually so I guess I was doing 450 reps of Jelquing. I guess I did go a five day PE workout. How long used I take a break. I have been resting 6 days now and did some stretches with kegel squeezes and some Jelquing I seemed not to get good erection level to Jelquing so I stopped. I did two sets of V and regular Jelg for 250 reps total. The last two nights got good erections so I dont know why not today.
