  • New, need help.

Hello all, so for a while now I've been lurking on this site wondering if it were really possible to increase my dick size. I wasn't really feeling pressured to try until just recently. I'm currently 6.25" in length and 4.5" in girth, I feel a little below average and I think it'd help to make some increases. I'm gay so I think the pressure is probably already pretty high on me in terms of size. I was pretty sexually confident until I contracted herpes in December and now I just feel like a joke. Even though I haven't had an outbreak in the 6 or so months that I've had it, it can still be pretty demoralizing to think about. So while I've always been curious about PE, I think now is as good a time as any to try starting.

I'm really just curious about the different methods, there are so many things and moving parts that seem to be involved that I don't know where to start to begin a regimen of any kind or to know when its time to step things up. I've seen things about the BathMate Pump, SizeGenetics Extenders, and jelqing, among other methods. Should I stick to one, two, all three? Are there more things involved? what kind of jelqing exercises should I start with? It's pretty overwhelming. I just want to make steady gains in a safe way. (I don't want to hurt anything down there lol) My long term goal is 8" BPEL and 6" in girth. I realize that may not be too realistic but I figure why not be an overachiever when it comes to things like this?

I'm a 19 year old college student so I'm pretty broke and cant afford SizeGenetics or Bathmate at the moment unfortunately, but I know I probably want to get them at some point. Even though I can't afford them right now I know I'm dedicated. I just want to maximize my gains and if I need to get an extender and/or pump to do that then I'm just going to have to find out a way to get them. Basically I'm just asking for help with what people have found worked well, things to stay away from to avoid injury, and where to start. I'm ready to become an active part of this community and I'd be happy to keep up to date with my gains via pictures on my profile or however else you do it.

Sorry this ended up being a novel, but I really appreciate anyone's help. Thanks a ton.

Welcome to the gym! Why not go read over the stickies in the beginners section before you do anything. Folks around here tell me it helps.

The basic jelq outlined on the page accessed through the jelqing link is a good place to start, imo. As a beginner, you might see gains from 25-50 light jelqs, 40-60% erect, every other day, or you can start with one of the beginner routines, in which case you would want to follow the routine exactly (nothing extra) and keep it light. Injury can be permanent, but risk is minimized through taking these measures.

I wouldn't recommend any devices at the point either; less is more. Good luck starting out.

You can make descent gains without spending any money (except lubrication). Jelqing will definately make length and girth gains. Search this site stickies under JP90. It really all depends how much time you got on your hands, but it's good to just choose one and stick with it. If you decide on jelqing, the best lubrication is Johnsons And Johnsons Vitamin E with Aloe Vera. They come in 12 ounce bottles, and should last you at least a year. I've made descent gains from jelqing and also traction devices. Just note that there is 3rd generation traction devices that are more comfortable than the noose or band that secures the glands, as they slip out due to over pressure, sweat or grease, dirt. These are friction devices intended to crush the glands and therefore, limit bloodflow to it overtime. Third generation is Phalloson Forte and PeniMaster Pro.

              Hey Jayy!

              Welcome to the Gym.

You may be interested to learn that some guys continue with puberty into their twenties, especially as it relates to girth.

Good advice above. Continue with the beginners routine for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to. The

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely.
