For the guys who are intact/uncut do you let the loose skin move freely along the penis when jelquing or is it better to keep all the loose skin held back at the base & jelque using say an ok-grip along the penis as circumcised guys would?

Move the foreskin along freely, do not hold it back - it may hinder gains.

I jelq both ways. If I have a lot of lube, I don't hold it. The grip moves up the shaft much more easily when well lubed and no need to hold the skin back. But if there is little lube or I am totally dry jelqing, then I hold the skin at the base of the shaft. I feel it is a learning experience and this is a question of personal preference.
