I have seen this word today and I wasn't able to find any information on this. Any clue?

The grip for the v-jelq? Slap your thigh with your PE hand.

Now move your hand over in front of your junk.

Now bend your wrist inward toward you so that you can see the palm side of your fingers.

Now hold your noodle upright(with the other hand), and with your PE hand, put 2 fingers on either side applying slight pressure to each CC at the base (some people use middle and index, I prefer middle and ring because you don't have to bend your wrist as awkwardly imo), and do a jelq. Congratulations, you have done a v-jelq!

No, I know what a V-jelq is...I saw Kingpole's comment about using a V-grip.
