    1) For helicopter shakes, will doing it for 25 secs rather than kegels still hold the same affect?
    2) For rotational stretches, how long should one rotation take? I've read that slower is better specifically for this and that one person takes 10 secs for just one rotation?
    3) V-jelqs, can I use a regular OK grip instead of two fingers (like a plier grip), and can you subsitute V-jelqs for regular wet jelqs?

    Helicopter shakes are forr circulation after stretches

    Kegels stregthen the pelvic floor muscles

    For rotational stretches between 10 and 15 seconds

    You can substitute v jelqs with regular
    As far as doing ok grip I dont think that work when doing v jelqs

    I personally do the v jelqs after regular jelqs because O dont kike going back and forth from one variation to the other
    and I believe it works better that way
