I've been doing PE for about a month now starting at 9" BPEL and 5.5" EG. Recently measured and have gained 0 in length. As for girth I'm confidently at 5.75. I'm curious if it's normal to not gain any length at all in the first month. This really bothers me because length is my primary goal. Girth can come at a later time.

First 3 months is for conditioning. Very few people seen gains early. Give it 6 months of consistent work. The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Any gains in the first month of PE are good gains Raven! And since it seems many have more difficulty making girth gains, You should be thrilled with those gains this soon after beginning PE, especially starting with 9" BPEL.
CUSP is correct, commit to 6 months of consistent effort and you will be well conditioned for whatever direction you want to go from there.
Congrats on your gains btw!Aug 2012: BPEL: 6.25", BPSFL: 6.75", MEG: 5.25"
Jan 2016: BPEL: 6.75", BPSFL: 6.75", MEG: 5 3/8"
4/16/16 BPEL: 7.0", BPSF: 7 7/16"", MEG:5.5

A month may seem like a long time to you Raven, but you're just getting started. Just my opinion, but I think it's more healthy to not expect gains early and fast, that way there is not disappointment when you don't see gains quickly.
Have you seen improved EQ, fuller, heavier flaccid? Don't forget those are gains too, and may likely be some of the most important gains (EQ).
If you have been lurking for a while on this site, I'm sure you have seen the phrase many times that PE is a marathon, not a sprint.
Dude you are huge to begin with, relax and keep at it. The length gains will come if you stay consistent. Everybody wants to see fast gains, but few actually do. In your case (9" BPEL starting) you have no reason whatsoever to try to rush the process, and doing so increases your risk of injury.Aug 2012: BPEL: 6.25", BPSFL: 6.75", MEG: 5.25"
Jan 2016: BPEL: 6.75", BPSFL: 6.75", MEG: 5 3/8"
4/16/16 BPEL: 7.0", BPSF: 7 7/16"", MEG:5.5

What is your routine Raven?
9" BPEL is what almost everyone on this forums wants to achieve, so that's a really good size to start out!
You should committ to a 6 month program, and keeping a log of your hours and growth on monthly basis. At your 2nd month, there should be some gains, or your doing something wrong or need to swap out methods.

@ Raven, ditto what Cusp and Domnus have said. Just be patient and stick with it for a while and gains should result. If not, feel free to adjust your routine after 6 months.Well-endowed is a state of mind.

On the main forum page, scroll down and click Progress Forum, then click the button right above the list of threads that says Post New Thread to start a log.Originally posted by Raven_96 View PostThanks everyone for the replies! Then when you want to link it in your signature, go to the first page of your thread, and right-click>copy the address in your browser bar.
Now edit your signature and highlight the text that you want to link to your thread.
Then click the button in the text editor that looks like a globe with a little chain link in front of it, and paste the web address of your thread into the bar that comes up, and you should be done!Well-endowed is a state of mind.

Do you have any program suggestions other than the newbie routine purely for length? My plan is to commit my first year of PE primarily to length. At least until I gain an inch in length. Then I'll begin to work on girth, while still training for length of course.Starting Size July 01, 2016

Girth EG: 5.5"
