    Measuring base girth

    Hi there everyone. I am feeling a little better than I have been for a while. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else gets this when measuring base girth. When I pull the skin back a lot I get about 4 inches circumference at the base but when I leave the skin there loosely I get around 4.3. When measuring base girth do people normally pull the skin back or do they leave it there loosely. Thanks.

    Scrotum skin? I try to keep it back so I get as close to a pure shaft reading as I can.
