    is a good one for a beginner 20 minutes of jelqing five days a week.any advice will be appreciated

    If you're jelqing properly, with 2-3 seconds per jelq, then thats 400-600 jelqs which - I think - it way too much for a beginner.

    Try 8-10 minutes of jelqing to begin with.
    Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

    Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

    Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG
