  • Pesg Routine?

    Is anyone here doing PESG's beginner routine? I literally had my first session today. I'm still getting used to all the motions and techniques right. Sometimes I cant tell if I'm jelqing right. No turtling really, but I do feel a little sore. Not bad sore, more like a soreness from a good masturbation session. Is that normal though? To feel a little sore after a workout? Anyways, I found that JP90 routine is to much for my dong that I end up turtling up. Also I find PESG's routine is very convenient time wise because school and work can really get in the way and exhaust you from doing lengthy workouts.

    My routine is basically a modified version of PESG's. A little soreness is to be expected, especially at the beginning.

    For jelqing, just maintain a light, even grip around the shaft as close to the base as you can get. Then move it towards the glans (speed depending on how many seconds you do per stroke) and stop and hold your grip right under it as you repeat with the other hand, and release the first hand when the second gets to it.

    Being somewhere between a "fluffed up" flaccid and 50% erect helps ensure quality reps. You get better at it as you do it more.

      What you described sounds normal. Feeling a little worked after is a sign of o good workout. As long as your PI's remain positive keep doing what you are doing.

            What is the PESG routine? Is it more advanced than the JP90?

            BPFSL - 7.0" BPEL - 6.5"
            MEG 5.5" NBPEL - 5.75"

            As of 10/22/2016
            BPFSL - 7.75" BPEL - 7.0"
            BEG 6.2" MEG - 5.75"
            NBPEL - 6.25"

              the pesg routine is a warmup, stretches in each direction (North,south,east,west,straighout), and then 10 mins of wet jelqing. but pesg also has another routine to do after you stop making gains on this first routine i just described. take this with a grain of salt because im just going off memory, search the forum with "PESG" and you should look for a thread about a dude telling his 'story'. that should be PESG (the poster) who describes his first routine he made gains on, and then the modified routine he was doing at the time after plateauing.

                The PESG routine can be found in the START HERE! link at the top left of the page. The PESG is a light beginner routine, the JP90 is a more intense routine.
