It took me 3 weeks here before I finally made a rice sock. I was doing the wet cloth until now. Hahaha. What a difference. I don't have to burn my hands with hot water every minute now... a guess better late then never. Best advice I can give here so far. Rice sock, if you haven't already!!

Sounds good. I prefer a $10 electric heating pad. But if the sock works then cool.

Yah I use a heating pad too, I wonder why more people don't use them? You don't have to deal with it getting cold, and re warming it like with other methods. I guess the only downside is it takes 5 min to heat up.
